0/10 - Horrible Experience I specifically asked for natural, fuller brows and showed a reference photo, but the technician completely ignored what I wanted. My eyebrows were thinned out far more than requested and now look uneven. To make matters worse, the service was rushed, and I was actually left bleeding during the appointment. The older Indian lady seemed impatient and did my eyebrows the way she wanted instead of listening to my instructions. I paid for a service and expected basic care and attention, but the result was disappointing and unacceptable. I would like a refund. read more

The lady who did my eyebrows was a heavy set older Indian woman. She was extremely rude from start to finish. Did not greet me, told me sternly to hold my eyebrows, answered a phone call WHILE she was doing my eyebrows and her technique was awful!! She went very slow instead of fast, which hurt a lot. I only came here because it was semi cheap but recently they just upped their prices... I think the eyebrows was only nine dollars but I think now they are $15I could be wrong but they got expensive and they kinda always were shady about letting me see the mirror towards the end like they would hold it and not let me like check it out . they would miss so much when I exam it. And when I would point something out, the ladies would be so rude. They're not gentle. I feel like they rush it and and just want to be on there phones. And it's just a simple eye trim I don't ask for much. Not really a welcoming environment seems rush and shady. I also have put out a review on here before but I'm assuming there taking it down, sorry for the bad review people need to know that the women who thread eyebrows here are not for the people there in it for the money and not doing a good service! If leaving a 0 star was an option this place would definitely get it. I went in today to get my eyebrows cleaned up before the holidays and they refused service. A friend of mine went in a couple weeks ago and had an issue with one of the employees and my sister was with her. She was trying to deescalate the situation and the employee was just yelling at them the whole time. Beauty Lounge it's located inside the Victorville Mall, they are right next to Shoe Palace, prevent a long walk and crowds of people by entering by JC Penney. The inside of the store it's really clean and the ladies who work here are really helpful. If you're first timer, I recommend going with Raj, she is really good and patient. Ive been coming to this place for years they have always been a little rude but despite the horrible customer service I kept coming because it was the closest place to me. My friend got into an altercation with one of the women there while I was with her. My friend lost a personal item in the store and when she asked about it the lady started screaming at her and being extremely disrespectful and rude, saying we're accusing her of stealing and claimed she didn't have anything. About a half hour later we found the item she claimed she didn't have. At the end we talked it out and got it situated, she told me i'm more then welcome back and apologized for her reaction and we apologized on our behalf for the misunderstanding. Today my sister goes back to get her eyebrows done and she told us to get out saying we're not welcoming back and she refused service, not just to me but also my sister that had nothing to do with the situation and wasn't even present during the misunderstanding. The women at this solan are extremely rude and don't deserve your money. read more

Someone recommended this place to me so I went. It looked nice busy. The lady that did my eyebrows did a good job. The only thing I didn't like was a customer came in had to been one of her regulars, she stopped doing my eyebrows and started chitchatting with her I'm sorry, but you got customers that are paying good money to get your services and you stop to talk to somebody else super unprofessional. They need to get their act together I feel if they're distracted they're gonna mess up. read more
