The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the pricing felt extremely high. I paid around $34 before tip just for eyebrows and upper lip threading, which is the most I've ever paid for that service. After tip, it was close to $40, and unfortunately I can get the same quality elsewhere for at least $15 less. I also found the threading process more painful than usual because she works very slowly. Normally, after a while, the area kind of goes numb for me, but this time I could feel every hair being removed the entire time, especially on the upper lip. Overall, the results looked great and the service was professional, but the combination of the higher prices and the slower, more painful threading means I'm not returning. I refuse to pay that much again.

I have nothing against her work, just wish it went differently. She later offered a 30$ discount but I am still hesitant to take the offer. Also I am very forgiving and understanding of human error, I know times are busy right now but there was just no way for me to know if I wasn't booked considering all she had asked of me was my information. I never knew she sent verification texts and she was continuing to promote other time slots on her instagram so I assumed my time was booked.
