I learned that the pleasant lady assisting me, was the owner . She answered all my questions, showed me my options and as a beauty PROFESSIONAL, she gracefully offered her recommendations as well . I cannot say enough about how delighted I was with the customer service I received and I witnessed others receiving too. I live 30+ mins away but will gladly make the ride to support this business. Bought a pack of human hair. My beautician opened the package and we discovered that I purchased…read morethe wrong color. Went to the store within their seven day return/exchange policy to exchange or get a store credit. Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.

Other than the tricky, busy corner location, a nice, "standard" Walgreens…read more My go-to (not my favorite, but closest to my home) is Rite Aid, but I like Walgreens better. It's bright and inviting, plus has better sales. I only stopped in for a drink on this particular visit.

My sister recommended me/us here after I had HAD IT with Eastern Dental (due to super long wait…read moretimes, even with appointments, plus some office disarray). I definitely made the right choice! I was warmly welcomed by "Jo-Jo", who is super sweet and bubbly. (I even liked her look). Paige, the dental hygienist, and I spent so much time together with me as a new patient that I thought she may be my new best friend, lol! She did a thorough job (without hurting me AT ALL) and was very nice and personable to boot. Although I received some bad news, it was delivered in the best way by Dr. Balling. He was great too - very down to earth and kind. [It's great to go to a private dentist again versus a "chop shop." (In Eastern's defense, ONCE you FINALLY get back for your care, they did a fine job or we wouldn't have been there for so many years . . . it's really a shame that they ticked me off one too many times, but everything happens for a reason!).] Thanks sister :)
