I placed my order, which qualified for free shipping but never got an acknowledgment even after 5 days. They went ahead and charged my credit card. Legally they can only get authorization for the charge amount, and actually charge the card when the order ships. Terrible website, especially when you click on "contact us". you type the message, and when you click to "send" you get an error message. My reason for one star is because of their competitive pricing. they claim to be in business for 40+ years, one would figure after at least 25 years they'd fix and have a working web-site. Ordered a bunch of products Monday morning hours before 12pm because they have the bleach I wanted.. their website clearly states if you order before noon then they'll send it out the same day.. never did.. it's now day 2 and they still haven't, I purchased quicker shipping and now I just want to be done with this business.. considering I found the hair dye I also was looking for on their site a couple hours ago and was told I'd have to make a new order because mine was processed right before their end of day closing time, because they supposedly were going to send today.. well, I'm looking and they've yet to send. When the order came there was tape someone placed over the caps of all items suggesting they were not tampered with. I only received 2 of the Manipulators, in which one was opened, missing an inside protective cover and had 12% less product by weight than the other. Like a previous reviewer stated, this review is for SHIPPING ORDERS ONLY. It's advertised as "spend $55 get free shipping"...well it's free shipping until you need to return something. Once you return something and the original charge drops below $55, they charge you shipping on the original order, as well as having to pay to ship the item back to them. So read the fine print under the return policy VERY carefully. I have never encountered such a practice, and therefore didn't read the 10th stipulation on the return policy.
