I was then reminded of the 10-minute grace period policy and told I would need to reschedule for the next day. What was confusing was that Nicole continued servicing the other client while leaving me waiting in the hallway to "see what she could do." The communication felt completely inconsistent. If my appointment couldn't be accommodated, I would have appreciated being told that upfront instead of waiting around for an answer that was apparently already decided. In the end, I wasted an hour of my time, left with no service, and ended up having to shave. Would recommend this place if you're looking for a unique way to spend an hour accomplishing absolutely nothing. Otherwise, I'd recommend saving yourself the trip.

There is about a 2 cm burned area in the lateral corner above my eye where the superficial layer of the skin was completely ripped off. When I spoke to the manager, Aliyah and Nikki (another waxer) came out of nowhere and were incredibly rude and dismissive. They insulted me and accused me of lying about my skin care routine. Ashley, the manager, was nice and did her best to damage control, she refunded my wax and returned my tip. Truthfully Aliyah did a terrible job and her attitude on top of it was unacceptable. If you make a same day appointment (not a walk in) you get the "oh well you're lucky we could accommodate you same day". I still went there pretty consistently since it's convenient to where I live, but the last time I asked the tech to make my nails a matte, and when I noticed she started to do glossy, I asked if matte was still happening. She forgot and sighed like it was my fault she made the mistake. The owner sitting next to her said to her "you wanted to stay late and make your money" when she was annoyed. I just said keep it glossy since I felt like I was inconveniencing her. That was my last visit so now I travel further to go somewhere else. Overall, can be good, but they have to like you. But it's not the most relaxing or enjoyable experience otherwise.
