He should already be there. By the time he had his breakfast and coffee, I had been waiting for 20 minutes. By the time he got my color finished, he started. And the whole time he's talking and talking and then, he started talking about his political views. I almost got up and left. He does my color and cut all the while he keeps talking. When we're finished, my hair is red (I have blonde hair)! The cut was horrible! I got into my car and looked in the mirror. I was shocked. I am in a customer-centric profession myself and would never treat a client (at least not one I wanted to come back) with such disrespect. I felt bullied and really unhappy.
