The prices weren't overly high so I finally decided to make an appointment. When I went in, there was only one esthetician whose name is Sharon. She was welcoming and told me the procedures. She and I made some small talk as well which made the time go by without any awkwardness. She explained what she would do before everything and overall, I think she was very patient with me (since I have not had a facial in a very, very long time, i clearly needed more time. Love the extraction, face and eye mask at the end, and the neck and shoulder massage is amazing. I have very dry skin and slightly sensitive - my face has never broken out or had a reaction to any of the products used. Sooo soothing and worth every penny!
