The point of this is, DO NOT GO HERE!!! The prices are high, the hair quality was very low and the technique was careless. Ladies work really hard to keep your hair healthy and one stylist can completely ruin it. DO NOT GO HERE! After many years of going to this salon and being annoyed with poor service, extremely long wait…read moretimes, and leaving with my neck red and irritated I've finally decided enough is enough. Maybe it's due to poor equipment or untrained/unlicensed stylist I've received not one but TWO second degree burns. I never confronted them about the first one but after leaving the salon last night and waking up this morning to see a burn blister on my neck i wentvto the salon to speak with the owner. Telling her that she may need to get her equipment checked because I AGAIN have a burn she told me that it couldn't have been from them. I told her look at my hair it's still wrapped from when she did it yesterday so obviously I didn't hold a hot iron to my neck this morning. She said it looked like i had allergies and she meant to say something yesterday, I said this red spot on my neck isn't allergies it's a first degree burn from her hair dryer....that I TOLD HER THE NIGHT BEFORE WAS TOO HOT. She put some grease on my neck and didn't even offer to give me my $20 back. So now I have to go to my special event with a boil on my neck. I will NEVER come here again, and I'm alerting every friend and family that goes there to stop as well.

The lady who did my hair was very kind and polite and very accommodating to what I wanted for mehair and made sure I was comfortable. My hair came out beautiful and was just what I asked for. I am very happy with the results of coming here and will definitely be returning.
