I've come here before and usually had an okay experience cute color, neat work, and lasting results. But after today, I won't be returning. From the start, things felt off. A previous visit left me confused when they denied having a product I had received before. Today, the service was even more frustrating. The technician kept stopping to answer phones, check out customers, and take new clients, which dragged a simple fill in into a drawn out, uneven, and at times painful process. While he did apologize and offered to fix it later, the constant interruptions and poor results left me unhappy. What made it harder was sitting quietly, not wanting to be labeled as the "angry Black woman," even though I knew I should have spoken up. I witnessed another African American customer being dismissed when she voiced her concerns, and it only confirmed my unease. I had hoped for a relaxing spa day to recharge, but instead I left disappointed. I truly hope no one else has to go through the same experience.

The nail techs are so funny and sweet too! I remember taking my brother and dad for a pedicure there the other day when my mom couldn't go with me. I was hesitant at first because my dad has diabetes and a nail salon really isn't the best spot for him with his condition. I told the nail tech in advance to please be gentle with my dad since he has diabetes and has poor circulation on his feet which makes it dangerous if he gets an accidental nick or a cut. No one knew how to fix it. The owner comes out of the back and connects it. I say thank u, she doesnt respond. Strike 1.. I am half way done with my pedi. Owner walks over to me and says " you are getting a pedi?" While im getting a pedi, which i thought was weird but whatever.... Then she walks away. I then ask the lady who is doing my nails if i can get a mani too...the owner comes up and says " i just asked u what u were getting"... Stated i had to wait my turn again. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
