In the past, I have wished that they carried a larger variety of braiding hair. But, for sew-ins, ponytails, and half- & full-wigs, they have a lot. For protective style accessories and such, I dig this place. The place is clean and the employees are nice. They don't hover, but they do offer help and make themselves available. My sole purpose for visiting this store was to return an online order I received yesterday. They have easy return package policy. All you have to do is start the return process with the store you made your purchase from, get the generated barcode and bring your package here, show them your barcode so they can scan it. And once it's scanned they do all the rest in returning your package back to the original purchase company. You don't have to worry about printing out a return label unless you choose to because that is the other return option if you want it that way!. This was definitely a smooth return process. The lady that unlocked the door when they first opened was very kind and helpful as well, she opened up the door for me to enter and she did my return process as well.. I am very grateful for her help and polite service!. I will return and browse at a later date to see what products they gave to offer that I might be interested in!.

I made a purchase for p/u 4-10-26 of a single orly nail polish. They pulled an obviously previously…read moreopened and used bottle of polish despite still having at least one in tact unopened bottle of polish in stock on the shelf...and luckily I opened the package that was wrapped so tightly you would have thought FT Knox was inside before leaving the store that I went out of the way for this particular item. I can't get inside the head of the person that wrapped it but it seemed intentional that I was given a used bottle of polish since they made it impossible to check before leaving the store with the unecessary wrapping stunt they pulled. Maybe I didn't spend enough money that day. IDK. What I do know is while I stood in line to make an even exchange another customer confirmed that when you pick up orders they usually show them to you ( I have also had that experience with past p/ u orders) to make sure the order is correct. That didn't happen. Again, since it was a single item it didn't seem to matter how much I spent at multiple Ulta locations over the years. I did not feel like a valued customer. Fast forward to today. I waited for an order to be shipped. 4 items. One of which should have been a bargain eye pallette for $6 instead of typical $50 and up (for a decent everyday smoky eye look). The eye pallete had been intentionally destroyed all over the contents of the otherwise in tact shipping package. I deduced that action because the eye pallet was never secured inside the included soiled bubble wrap and the eye pallet was completely closed and not even cracked to make the mess all over the contents inside the shipping envelope appear to be a logical result of shipping or physical damage to the eye pallette. To add insult to the entire experience when I called customer service they couldn't care less about me getting a personal response from a decision maker but offered to replace the items and $5 on my next purchase AS IF I will spend another dime on them so long as I didn't require them to record a formal complaint or allow me the information needed to do it on my own. I asked to speak to a supervisor on the Ulta customer service line and everytime I asked to speak to a supervisor the call was disconnected. They managed to call me back the first time I was disconnected but not the next few times I was disconnected. I would give a negative 10 star review if that was an option.

It was printed on a script sticker and the vet signed it. The pharmacist not only didn't fill it but treated my husband like he was trying to fake a prescription. The pharmacist were overtly rude and loud about it. The vet then faxed it in but at that point, we decided to switch to Kroger, who had 0 issue with the script. The pickup lines for scripts take over 20 minutes. They only have 1 line open and it's not efficient. If you go in store it's about the same. Scripts are never ordered when out of stock. You have to call and ask them to order it every time, even though the text said they ordered it--yet they never do. Then I ordered a poster which came wrinkled and looked horrible. The CSR told me that she would cancel the order and refund me. She did not. I had to fight the charge on my credit card.
