This is probably the worst Walgreens. I moved all my scripts to Kroger for customer service. We took our animal's script in for gabapentin. It was printed on a script sticker and the vet signed it. The pharmacist not only didn't fill it but treated my husband like he was trying to fake a prescription. The pharmacist were overtly rude and loud about it. The vet then faxed it in but at that point, we decided to switch to Kroger, who had 0 issue with the script. The pickup lines for scripts take over 20 minutes. They only have 1 line open and it's not efficient. If you go in store it's about the same. Scripts are never ordered when out of stock. You have to call and ask them to order it every time, even though the text said they ordered it--yet they never do. Then I ordered a poster which came wrinkled and looked horrible. The CSR told me that she would cancel the order and refund me. She did not. I had to fight the charge on my credit card. read more

Was sent here by another Walgreens right before only to have the window closed and be told that they close at 1:25 and not 1:30 as their signage and answering machine specify. I got there at 1:27 to pick up iron medication and had to wait 40 min until their break was finished and they still didn't understand the issue. I understand prepping to close but my issue is set real times so the public knows! The sign should read 1:25, and the other Walgreens (Toby) should have told me to pick it up after the break instead of telling me to hurry and get there before 1:30. and I wouldn't have rushed. read more

This review is for the pharmacy only. I have been going there for several years to help pick up RX's for my mom. The experience is always TERRIBLY slow!!!! I honestly don't think that it is the staff. They have always been friendly and hard working. I do think they are short staffed but I think it's more than that. I truly think they need a training company to revamp how they do things. It takes way to long to pick up an RX and the line keeps growing. I don't know what the answer is but maybe a way to do a self serve kiosk that you put all your info in and pay via credit card and then go to the pharmacy to pick up. An app on your phone? There has to be a better way. Long lines and long waits. I don't think it is the staffs fault. read more

store is a mess and cockroaches everywhere!! i came in for photos but no one was there to help me, i had to search the store to find someone and when i complained they gave me an attitude. i came back on sunday for my photos and there was only one employee working, however she was super friendly and very helpful unlike the others. thank you bella for the help. read more

Photo is always down. Always searching for help. Ordered photos & received email that they wouldn't be ready in time & another email will be sent when ready. A week later, nothing. Called & they said they were waiting on 4x6 paper that hasn't come in, so they have to cancel the order. Placed another order for different size & got email they were ready. Came to pick up soon after receiving email & they were lost. Had to reprint order. Will drive out to suffolk just to avoid this walgreens. read more

This pharmacy is shockingly terrible. I'm a physician and when I called to check on a patient's medication, I was on hold for 20 minutes, hung up on, then when I called back, they yelled at me, they acted shocked when I asked them to run the medication while I was on hold to see what the co-pay would be for the patient, then told me that the medication would not be ready even anytime later that same day. It is shocking to me that when you in the morning that you're told the medication won't be ready until the following day. This is terrible customer service. They are likely understaffed, but that does not excuse the rude behavior. read more

I like the setup as in the way you can pick up your prescriptions in a timely manner,I never have to wait long for them,if you're in a rush and don't want to get out the car for whatever reason you can go through the drive through or if you're like me and prefer to go inside and get the whole pharmacy feel experience,either way you can't go wrong in my opinion!. read more

This pertains only to the pharmacy section: I understand that everywhere is short staffed and over worked. HOWEVER, that does not give employees permission to be rude and condescending to clients who are either sick themselves or caring for someone sick. 7 hours after my prescription was called in and 1.5 hours before the pharmacy closed I called to ensure my antibiotics were going to be filled. The first 3 times I called someone picked up the phone and then hung it up. On my fourth try I was sassily told "well you're over here in a whole stack". I am sick. I just want to go to bed. I saw my doctor at 2pm and have been patiently waiting. It's already been almost a whole work day since my rx was called in. I'm sorry if verifying that I should continue to wait vs just going to bed and waiting until morning was an incredible inconvenience for you. I don't mind waiting. I don't care that it's taking an obscene amount of time to fill a prescription as long as you are doing your job well and keeping people safe. Do NOT be rude to me. read more

I frequent this Walgreens often but am typically disappointed with the service. Today I had a FedEx package to drop off and they prominently post this in their store as does FedEx. However, when I took my package in they told me they aren't currently accepting ground packages. I'll be finding myself another pharmacy to avoid the frustrating experiences. read more

Every time I go here to get my prescriptions they are extremely rude. Don't bother calling because they will continue to hang up on you or give you attitude. The inside of the store is usually nice but the people there are rude. Multiple times I have used the app to try and ship my medications as I work constantly and have almost no time to come in, every time without fail- the day they are supposed to ship they are immediately canceled for no reason. I cannot stress this enough- go to a different pharmacy. Only come here if you want to find something inside that's not the pharmacy. read more

The female working the pharmacy phone on 1/30/2024 at 10 am kept saying "thanks for calling Walgreens, please hold" then put me on hold without letting me speak 3 different times. I just had a question about a text that I got from Walgreens. Then eveytime you go (don't matter what time) there is allllllwayss a line to the back of the store. The customer service and the wait is crazy. Just rude and the last time she put me on hold she didn't even say anything and I was on hold for 15 minutes. Walgreens please do better. Poor customer service. The front staff usually give the impression that you are there to bother them. Inaccuracies in medication dispensing. They issue medications in the same class. Phone service is extremely poor. Very long wait times. read more

I dropped off two disposable cameras here over my Christmas Break and I still have yet to get them back after leaving. I called them numerous times because it was supposed to be ready on January 2nd. Apparently they do not know where it is? And I am so confused because it was $30 worth of film and they just lost it. I am hoping it turns SOMEWHERE in the next week, cause this really sucks. I am just never going to Walgreens ever again after this experience. Honestly giving this one star because of this one helpful employee who is honestly trying to figure out where it is. He is always pleasant, will answe any questions and he is one reason I love going there, Mrs. Jackson, store manager, goes out of her way to assist you. She has ordered items for me when they were not available and always had a smile and "hello" when she sees you. These two people are outstanding.... read more

Slow service was #5 in a line of 20 and it took an hour to get to the 1 person working the register. Unfortunately, she was slow and could not find many people's prescriptions. I like Walgreens. This particular one is always clean and well staffed. I only go to Walgreens to get my COUPONING on [this is a great place to use your extra reward bucks and manufactures coupons PLUS weekly sale deals] or if I don't feel like going to Walmart. You park right at the door and you're in and out. As such, the prices are higher because of the convenience. I'm a makeup junkie and this Walgreens seems to do a good job of having the latest beauty items in the beauty section. The location is good also, it's right across from Rite Aid, Hardee's, Auto Zone, the cleaners, Little Caesars and a little ways down from Kroger and Navy Federal. Good drugstore. read more

Came into this Walgreen's yesterday afternoon to use the photo kiosk. I've had some SD cards for over 10 years and I wanted to see what was on them. I came in and was greeted by every associate I came across. The young lady working the photo department checked to see if I needed any help but I was familiar with the system so I was good. Nice clean store and friendly staff, might have to start coming to this one more often. read more

Had a prescription sent to this pharmacy. I had previously called my prescription insurance so i knew that the prescription required a pre authorization. Instead of telling me that and contacting the prescribing doctor's office like they should have, they didn't do anything. I had to call to see what was going on with it. They then tell me that the claim was denied and that it was not covered. I had to call my insurance back and they told me they had told Walgreens that it needed a pre authorization. They dropped the ball. I was very disappointed in the service. read more

I have had it with this pharmacy! Absolutely terrible service. I've had numerous prescriptions filled here and ever single time there's a problem most of which is timing. I call every time before I pick up to make sure they are ready they say yes it's ready then I go pick them up and have always waited 45 min to an hour for them to be filled.
