Then halfway through filling it in it was snatched from over my shoulder by a lady with red hair saying "NO NO NO Don't do that anymore" and pointed to a side room. We went into the room together where I explained I would like to know some more about the IPL hair removal for my bikini line. She quickly rushed through everything told me to get changed and meet her outside. NO talk about price, No talk about what shape or exactly how much I like taken off, No talk general chit chat, NO manners. Just literally a test section and out. I felt like cattle. Such an awful experience. Going to a salon is meant to be relaxing and a treat, I felt worse after my visit then when I first arrived there.

Everyone is very friendly and attentive. I had my hair cut by a lady called Erika and she made a fantastic job of my hair and has very gentle hands when washing and blowdrying. She really listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that looked great. I am so pleased with my hair cut. The other thing that I liked is that although there was a steady stream of customers, it did not feel loud, brash or crowded like many salons do and the ladies are interested in making sure you get a cut that you are happy with. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Massage: out of this world physiotherapy, hot lava stones, that stiff shoulder eased up. My favorite massage spot in London, hands down. (Again, I am horrible with names - Colombian, male.) Nails and Brows: Perfectionist artistry in a flash. Yup. Artistic, great eye for color and line, efficient, well- and quickly executed. Again, you can and should trust this artist. She (again, sorry, no name remains in my mind - Moldovan woman) encouraged me to branch out and tint my brows - something new for me - and it was so worth it. Makeup: I haven't used this service here yet, but the pictures look fantabulous. As glamorous or classy elegant or Carnival wild as you like.
