Maybe she was tired and ready to go because it was 8:30 pm & they close at 9 pm. I don't really know. Anyway, we looked at a few shoes & asked her to measure his foot. She didn't do a great job of that AT ALL. His toe was passed the 8.5 line & she told us to get a size 8.5 in every shoe we selected. Instead, I asked for 9.5 because he doesn't have the skinniest feet & she simply didn't know how to measure. She sighed and got the shoes. The kicker was she ONLY ALLOWED US TO TRY ON 1 SHOE AT A TIME!! Not one PAIR; 1 SHOE!!
