Maybe she was tired and ready to go because it was 8:30 pm & they close at 9 pm. I don't really know. Anyway, we looked at a few shoes & asked her to measure his foot. She didn't do a great job of that AT ALL. His toe was passed the 8.5 line & she told us to get a size 8.5 in every shoe we selected. Instead, I asked for 9.5 because he doesn't have the skinniest feet & she simply didn't know how to measure. She sighed and got the shoes. The kicker was she ONLY ALLOWED US TO TRY ON 1 SHOE AT A TIME!! Not one PAIR; 1 SHOE!! She literally handed us 1 shoe & stood there holding the box with the 2nd shoe hostage while hovering over us like we were going to steal the ONE SHOE we had in our hand. It was unbelievable.
