It is extremely OVERWHELMING because they have SO MANY different products. If you don't know what you're looking for, you will be there forever. Over the past 4 years I've been seeing her, my hair has grown longer and is much healthier than it was before. The stylist I had before her had been over-processing my hair causing much damage. Shanica brought it back from the brink and for that, I'll always be grateful. My only complaint about this place is I wish they accepted credit cards. Minor issue, but I never carry more than a few bucks cash on me so it's kind of a pain to have to go to the ATM every time I get my hair done.

When I walked to the door the lights were on but it was locked with a sign that said "be right back, thank you". I waited bc I had no choice, today is prom and I needed to stick up on bobby pins. 25 minutes later the employee arrived back to unlock the door. I am a stylist, my time is important.
