Tania is very efficient and answers all of my questions. The procedure only takes 15 minutes and does not hurt (you may feel a slight tingling). She walked me through the entire removal process using saline, explaining the healing stages and setting realistic expectations. She shared that some people need two sessions, others three and in my case, it took two. Throughout that entire process, she was patient, incredibly precise, and fully in tune with her work. I never once felt rushed. She gave me her full attention every single visit. Once the removal was complete, she started fresh. A clean slate. She carefully mapped and drew my brows first so I could clearly see the shape, size, and color before anything was done. That level of care and collaboration meant everything. We then moved into the first session, followed by my touch up 8 to 10 weeks later. What truly stands out is her consistency. Even during my touch up, she remained just as meticulous, methodical, and detail oriented. She does not cut corners. She does not rush. She treats your face like a piece of art. Marcie actually trains other people for a company and has been doing this for quite a while. One of her fav procedures tho is colouring aureolas for survivors or if you just want a change. She also does eyeliner tattooing, tat removal etc. Marcie maps out your face, similar to what a plastic surgeon would do. She spends a lot of time, measuring and then drawing in the brows before starting the microblading. She can adjust them if you want them a little flatter or more arched or thicker etc, but she knows her stuff and little adjustment is needed. I felt confident knowing what the finished product would look like before she started blading. I just finished the second of my 2 part microblading sessions. My hair is white as are my brows, so I decided to micro-blade. I usually just tint my brows, but I have less hair now to tint. The micro-blade results are fantastic, and I am leaving my brows white, the result is a salt 'n pepper effect. The procedure was pretty much painless, it feels like a pin scratching your skin, and Marcie uses a topical anesthesia on your brows. The healing process was trouble-free just keep the new brows moisturized with a cream that Marcie supplies.

This is after she spent 4 hours (two sessions six weeks apart) working on my eyes. My eyes are now a mess, and when I sent Sammy these pictures, she accused me of wearing makeup/doctoring the photos. In these photos, I am not wearing a stitch of makeup. There is ink smeared all over the place making my eyes look purple. On one eyelid, there are spots where the ink is missing. On the other eye, the line is thick and comes down way farther on the outside than on the other eye. Both lines are quite crooked. The photos don't capture everything nearly as well as seeing my eyes in person. I have made countless phonecalls around Ontario, and have learned that laser tattoo removal is too dangerous to be done on eyelids, so this is now the result I have to live with. I wanted tattooing because I am not great with makeup and thought it would make my daily makeup routine simpler. Just a little mascara and I would be good to go most days. Now I have to apply concealer several times a day, as it wears off quickly, just to try and cover some of the mess. I feel very self concious in public and am embarrassed for anyone to see me without full eye makeup now. I reached out to Sammy asking for compensation, but she wasn't willing to give me back even a small portion of the price I paid her to tattoo my eyeliner. In my opinion, she should be accepting some responsability and be willing to compensate me in some way. Please, if you are considering giving your business to Lash and Brow by Sammy, reach out to me first. I would be happy to let you see my eyes firsthand before you make a decision about spending your money at this business. If there was an option to not give this business a star rating at all, I would choose that, but I must give at least one star to post this review so it is what it is.

Also super sus that they were trying to sell me a 60$ lash bath. When they didn't use it on me to start with. No hate. Just some disappointment.
