Seems very understaffed, plan your appointment at least three weeks to a month for the desired date. Will not listen to my preferences. The salon is impeccable and I notice the stylist (I think is the owner) is knowledgeable but her disposition with clients' needs much improvement. So I was in the market for a facial, and I googled spas near me and found Salon and Spa Vanessa. I chose it because it was the closest thing to where I was, lucky me. It sits in an old historic home. It's an Aveda spa. This whole place smells amazing. They've got great products. And then obviously, they're a good enough high-quality spa and salon to be able to carry the Aveda line in the first place. I understand they're fairly selective. So I got in same day for a facial, same morning, which was great because I hate waiting. Worked out perfect for me. The facial was great. Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were warm and welcoming. I picked up my favorite candle, some hand wash, and got a little voucher for some money off my next different treatment since I was a first-time customer, new customer. Parking is free if you're there for the salon. Otherwise, you have to pay behind the building. Really nice experience. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone in the Woodstock area looking for a nice spa treatment.
