This was our first time here. My oldest daughter had passed away less than two weeks ago. My youngest daughter wanted to take me out to get a pedicure because I had mentioned about a month ago, I needed one after my hip surgery and she was trying to help take my mind and hers off things even for a moment. Almost the entire time the person who was doing my nails was on the phone complaining about some tree thing and $250.00. I ended up breaking down because of this. The person who was doing my daughter's nails nicked one of her toes, also answered his cell phone (however he got off quickly) and left at the end and had someone else paint her nails. The service was not good, and they knew it because the 3 people involved at the end kept saying they were sorry and it won't happen the next time. Then they had the nerve to charge my daughter full price for a bad experience. There won't be a next time. I understand everyone has things to deal with. I was dealing with the death of my daughter. They were dealing with a tree and a $250.00 charge. Instead of focusing on their client and taking care of personal business away from the client, they were focused on their personal business while basically ignoring their client. They need to do better! read more

It was a cute place and I went on a whim, but I'm super disappointed with the quality. My nails did not even last two weeks before they lifted and I lost one. And I have a very easy breezy job. There's no reason they shouldn't have lasted longer. I can normally get at least three weeks out of my nails. read more

WOW! I have lived in this area my entire life and I have struggled to find a consistent nice and clean place to get my manicure, pedicure, and eyelash, and brow tint. I was absolutely blown away by this place. The service was incredible. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and we talked like we had known each other all our lives after just meeting for the first time. The manager Sean has a keen eye for detail and he leads his employees to immaculately care for their customers. Sean has been managing and working at this establishment for close to 20 years! I highly recommend the camomile premiere 5 step pedicure! Jenny tinted and trimmed my eyebrows and they have NEVER looked better!!! She also tinted my eyelashes - something I have wanted to try for a long time! I will be maintaining the tint every 2 months now! She took her time, was clean and thorough. I could tell she loves her job and truly cares for her customers. I highly recommend becoming a customer here. I will be trying their collagen mask very soon. The prices fair and they wore masks and were very sanitary considering covid 19. They were absolutely amazing in every way!!!! I am attaching photos of my eye tinting results. This is the first time I've gone anywhere outside of my home to get a pedicure in about 3-4 years and it was worth it....with the help of a nice adult beverage. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. The lady that gave me a pedicure almost put me to sleep. The spa is very clean and the techs are thorough. They also use their personal protective masks as they work. I haven't relaxed like this in awhile. This was my first but not my last time here. read more

I had a very weird experience today at Venice. I hadn't been for a couple of years and decided to go back before my wedding on Friday. The older gentleman doing my nails seemed annoyed/ confused at my request (a standard ombre french) which I thought was a pretty normal request. The woman doing my pedicure was nice but cut my big toe, along with my hands getting a couple of cuts from the dremel. I think this is the BEST experience I've ever had getting my nails done!! I didn't feel rushed at all, which is hard to find at nail salons. I got full set acrylics today and Jenny did my nails. She took her time on shaping them and making sure they were smooth before putting ANY gel polish on. My nails look AMAZING!! She was so sweet and patient with me as well while I took a year and a day to pick out the colors I wanted and then was very helpful when I asked for her opinion on colors! And when she finished she assured me If there ended up being any problems with my nails to come back and she would fix them, no problem! She did my eyebrows as well and they look amazing, a little thin, but still so great!! The whole salon has the best customer service, we were greeted at the door, then they asked what we were in for. They suggested to my friend and I SNS and explained to her the difference since it was her first time getting a full set, I stuck with the full set acrylics, but she went with SNS and Tony did a fantastic job on her nails as well!! They also asked for our names when we walked in and spoke to us by name, up until we left when they said goodbye to us by name. In other words, BEST NAIL SALON EVER! Will 110% be coming back in 2 weeks to get my nails filled in. read more

My wife went here to get her nails done...she called on the phone and spoke to a man who told her to come in right away. When she arrived, a lady started yelling at her for just coming in, my wife explained that she spoke to someone, the lady started laughing at her and making a scene. Everyone knows that a Brazilian wax is a very personal thing, and you need to be comfortable with the person servicing you. It's not OK to inundate customers with a barrage of unjustified texts and emails. Please take me off ALL mailing lists. I will never return!

I've been going here for months now and I absolutely love it! Stella is amazing! She's very…read morethorough that way you always get the best results consistently. She's also very friendly and kind, she makes what could potentially be a painful and awkward experience as pleasant and painless as possible. When you're getting waxed in an area that's especially painful she'll even do a little countdown from 3 to prepare you, and if you take a sharp breath in as the wax comes off it helps ease the pain a bit. Stella actually convinced me to go from waxing to sugaring and it really does make a difference! The results last longer, the skin is smoother and less irritated, and personally it doesn't hurt quite as bad. The initial application of the sugar tugs at the hair a bit but during the removal it's less painful than wax. The ladies here also recommended exfoliating the skin you're getting waxed prior to your appointment, and then consistently 3 times a week, which helps tremendously if your suffer from ingrown hairs. Definitely make an appointment if you wanna try them out because they can get booked up pretty quickly! And if you go, ask them about their loyalty card! After so many services (worth at least $25 each) you get a free wax. Overall I've never had a bad experience here. The ladies working here are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have to help make the experience as comfortable as possible.

i have sporadically been going to this location for about two years {my previous place which i…read moreloved was just too far}, but due to life {read, kiddos}, i hadn't really made the time to go consistently. i recently made a commitment that the full body wax special will be a non-negotiable as part of my mommy self-care regimen. i saw joana for the first time about 6 weeks ago + requested her for my next appointment. she is officially now my 'go to'. she is absolutely great. very personable, gentle {as you can be with a brazilian} + walked me through every step of the process. one additional huge plus is that i typically get my eyebrows threaded {at another business} + she convinced me to let her wax them...i was extremely nervous because i've been going to the same threading place for years. well, when she finished, i was thoroughly pleased...they were GORGEOUS. that's one less trip in town that i have to take! i highly recommend the location for it's cleanliness, appealing decor, and, of course, joana!

My pedicure with LaTanya was the best I've had in years. In the end, after multiple visits, she said the she feels that we can't find something that I am happy with although I have tipped every time, been nice (extremely, especially when bringing treats for the staff (macaroons) along with a bouquet of flowers)) and continued to book with them. I never said I wasn't happy as a client and honestly am appalled at how little she made me feel. The owner blocked me from being able to book appointments with no explanation and I am shocked. Below is an image of nails I got done and after 3 days they became "dirty" and turned a yellowish brown when they started at a pink nude. I DO NOT recommend this salon.

I love this nail salon!! Shannon is amazing and super friendly. I happened upon this nail salon by accident. After 2 days of getting my nails done I broke one corner of my nail. Walked in on a really busy day and she couldn't get to me right that moment so I made an appointment to come back the next day. She got me in and out in 10 minutes. Always super friendly and very welcoming environment. Per the below reviews, I have never witnessed any racism... As my boyfriend is African American. And we have both had a pleasant experience while here. And just be careful saying that they "wouldn't" help you. When they are busy and you didn't make an appointment , they will take appointments first. Just good business rules. Maybe the lady behind you had an appointment already. No one likes to turn down money. But when you don't have the extra hand son board makes it a little hard. I would highly recommend this salon as they offer many different services other than just nails . My mother has had "cupping" done and it works instantly! Go try them out! read more

This salon is a cut above any other I have visited. Immediately upon entering the salon, you are greeted with a smiling staff member & offered a beverage which could be water, tea, colas or wine. The salon is decorated elegantly. There is soft relaxing music in the background which enhances the atmosphere. There is a wide range of services & products provided. I have enjoyed nail treatments, spa pedicures, facials & waxing. They carry Collins skin products which I have tried & highly recommend. I have frequented this salon for five years and have never been disappointed with any service they provided. The staff is professional yet very personable. My hat is off to Shannon, Stacy & Denise for helping me to walk out of the salon feeling much more beautiful than when I walked in. Venice Nails & Spa is the cleanest and friendliest salon I have ever visited. I once had a toe fungus after one salon so now I am very particular about where I go. My mom, daughter and I went for a Mother's Day treat and were very pleasantly surprised. Brenda and Yasmine did our pedicures. I thought they were giving us the most expensive one by the way we were being treated even though it was only the classic. They put us in massage chairs, offered us drinks and spent a long time massaging our feet and legs. It was more like a spa treatment than a simple pedicure. It is not close to our house but so worth the drive. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Stacey and crew for a job well done. read more

I have been a client of Stacy's for at least 15 years. I have always been impressed with the staffs level of professionalism and the friendly atmosphere in the salon. I am a person who is very conscious of cleanliness in any environment that offers personal services and they are very clean and sterile. I have never had any infection or problem of any sort, I never worry as I see what steps they take to make sure that every detail is done in accordance with state health procedures. I love that their clientele is diverse and they show the utmost repsect to whomever enters their front doors. Appointments are encouraged but they do try to accommodate every individual. read more

I went there today and they were amazing! I got an amazing spa pedicure for only $21 and a set of their "Signature Nail's". I was intially going to get gel nails, but then Stacy showed me this great alternative that isnt acrylics or gel, but is healthier and looks fantastic! The prices were great, and thats a huge deal since I am in college. They offered me free drinks and were so nice the entire time. They offered an incredible span of possible treatments, and for every price range too. They do facials there...so I will just have o go back! Great place and people! read more

You pay extra for the "spa" atmosphere. When I came out, my nails looked horrible. I could see little hair particles, bubbles, and ripples in the nail polish which was painted on way too thick. The french tips I received were not even either. I really should have refused to pay or had Stacy redo them but I didn't have time to sit there through the whole process, and I am not the kind of person to refuse to pay for services rendered no matter how crappy of a job. I will have to say they did have good customer service, so that will save them from getting one star. read more

Today I went for my second visit to Venice Nails & Spa. Both times Debbie has taken care of me; and Debbie has shown that she is absolutely excellent in her field! She is eager to please and goes out of her way to provide the level of service I ask for as well as making valuable suggestions. I intend to make an appointment with her again the very next time I need the services she provides. Tony did an amazing job with my nails, they are soo BEAUTIFUL!!!! He and the rest of the employees there are so professional, nice, and really care about pleasing the client! My friend and I made an appointment and they were immediately ready for us. Also, I don't get short and only 1 color basic nails, I get long ass nails with designs, and I'm glad that it was easy for them to do. They took their time, which shows they care about the end result. I will definitely be coming back next month!!! read more

I absolutely love Venice nails and spa. They are always so friendly and they recommend only to help not to upsell. No pressure to buy. When you say no that's it. I recently started threading on my chin because she said it would help it grow back slower and less coarse. I did it and didn't believe it but after battling with it I decided to try. Well!!!!! After ONE visit the hair is less coarse already. I would recommend them to anyone for so many reasons!!! read more

I have been going to these ladies when they first started in town center mall in kennesaw Ga Over 20 years ago. I moved to North Carolina for 18 years and found them again when I moved back to the area just recently. We have developed a great relationship. I have issues with ingrown toenails and Shannon takes great care with that. I highly recommend them highly. read more

The first time I walked in I knew I would never goto another nail salon, the service is absolutely amazing and the staff is even better I always ask for Jenny but they all do an amazing job, it's best to call and make an appointment because they get busy some days but it's worth the wait for the nails they provide absolutely love them. read more

I am a dude, but when my woman took me into this place I was blown away by how nice they all were. I have my feet done because I have just gotten back from Iraq so my feet were in bad shape to say the least. My feet are as smooth as eggs now and it is all thanks to venice nails & spa. Jimmy is like my nail match made in heaven! I pick my color and I let him run with the designs ALWAYS! He NEVER DISAPPOINTS! He's the only one I let do my nails cuz he knows my style "funky fresh" lol my frenchies even have to check them out too when I get home! They approve! Now time for the scratches! Lol! read more
