Awesome park with tons of trails to explore. I spent an hour and a half doing a big loop and had blast. Lots of features to see such a small waterfalls, bird watching areas, wetlands and of course, beaver brook itself. Lovely place for an easy hike.

There are many beautiful paths through the woods at Beaver Brook Association. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to get to - just west of Nashua, exit 6 off Route 3 (Route 130 west), south a mile or so on Route 122. You can bring your dogs, but they must be leashed at all times. They have many events throughout the year and they even host birthday parties for kids. At the end of one of the paths is a real Indian wigwam. There are streams, foot bridges, gardens, stonewalls, old houses and cabins for overnight stays. They're open from dawn to dusk and you can rent snow shoes in the winter. It's pretty buggy during the summer, but it's perfect in Spring and Autumn.

A local treasure. The family takes walks/ hikes here regularly. Our kids have outdoor field trips through school. It is well maintained and cared for. Beaver brook adds immeasurably to the local charm and rural nature of southern New Hampshire. Only an hour from Boston; but to have open space like this!

Beautiful day for a quick walk after making the run to Logan!

People seemed to be social distancing for the most part -- except for the group of 10 dudes smoking the marijuana just past the beach markers, UPWIND of the families with small children. Apparently it's legal to smoke in the open here. The beach is kind of a mixture of dirt and sand, more dirt than sand. The shallower parts were clear enough but wade out a little deeper and it's murky. Older reviews talk about the smell there. Well, to be fair it smells marine. Look across the water and you see cattails, so it's a little marshy. So, it has subtle sulfur odor. Went during the week so parking not an issue. Maybe 60 people there total? Oh and my kid got a leech on his ankle. Granted, there's probably leeches in all the lakes in NH.
