Was looking for a nice late afternoon walk while on vacation. Came across this spot that was around 10 minutes from our hotel. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby if you are looking to have a picnic or eat in the park. So many benches you relax on and there is a nice 1 mile walking path around the lake. This park has a lot you can do. Soccer and football areas, play structure, fishing - can even launch a boat, small hikes and a pool. It was so lovely we actually ended up coming back to take some graduation photos. Lovely spot! read more

It's a great mostly shaded spot to walk dogs with beautiful bridges and wide trails. It's basically a gem in the middle of a city

Love this trail the nature is so grounding it's so peaceful and right on outskirts of Manchester and you do hear all the noise of the city

all my kids say it's like a dog park. There's so much dogs my kids love it so much. Love the trail we found like a pet rat in the lake but all my kids loved it but some random kid tried to grab it and yeah, his mom said no and the kid that tried to grab the pet rat was giving out pretzels but they were stale so it's a really really fun park! read more

Cute park, good for a short walk around the lake (about 1 mile). In the spring, the green landscape is beautiful. I've never seen so much and different shades of green! (I'm from Cali... we're in a drought). The short walk was peaceful. It wasn't crowded and there were plenty of parking available. read more

Such a cute park, one lap equals a mile and although I don't go there to count my steps it's nice feeling accomplished. I took my lovely dog here and the only thing is your dog had to be on a leash, I wish they had a fenced in dog area because there are so many dogs it would be nice to have a spot for them to run around. My go-to spot for runs and walks. The trail is an easy 1 mile the loops around Dorrs Pond. When it's sunny outside, the trees along the walking trail provides needed shade, I never have to wear my hat when going through the trail which is an added plus. read more

I've been here about a million times. It's the best park in the area in my opinion! Beautiful area, nice trail, cool lake area, and it's very well-maintained. When the weather is nice, I love to go for walks here and sometimes on a run. Love this place. Highly recommend checking it out. I was just passing through and found this park by the river. It has a walking trail and a really nice pond to walk around plus lots of picnic tables and pavilions. It was windy but I was told it's always windy in Livingston. It's nice that you can fish in the river and than rest in the park lots of shade too read more

My best friend and I ended up finding this park after another park we attempted to go to was closed. Were originally from Salem, MA. Their hours are based on residency, so we were able to use the pool from 4-4:45pm. It was fun! I had m two kids with me and they enjoyed their time. They had a standup shower to clean off. Afterwards we had some food and ended up going to the park in the same park area! Their pond view is also amazing! Definitely a nice relaxing place to go to! Parking is good, might have to go to a different lot within the same area but still a good amount of space. Recommended for a day out with kids!!! Parking is easy and it's a safe environment! There's a beautiful pond that you walk around on the trails. The park is very clean and well landscaped! Great park close to downtown Manchester! Has a pool for Manch residents, football, baseball and soccer fields. Playground and 1 mile walk around scenic pond. Trail is wide and in some places has a wooden platform, so wheelchair accessible. Picnic tables and benches are provided, as is parking. A fantastic place to go for a run or walk on the path around Doors Pond!

Great place for the kids! The only bad thing I can say is...the bathrooms. It may have been a hiccup, and I do get its a public bathroom, but someone literally crapped in front of the toilet. Being 9 months pregnant that's probably the grossest thing you'll see. Other than that, the parks clean and kept up with and the trail is nice to walk! read more

We had time to kill before checking in to our hotel, so we decided to come here! Mile long trek around the pond, so beautiful in October! Not too many people, which was nice. Also nice they spray paint the tripable rocks in the path. Definitely recommend for a nice quick stroll! read more

Plenty of parking, great location, public park for kids and a restroom. The nature trail is about a mile around so if you're running or walking you can track yourself easily. The views are wonderful and the area is well maintained. Great fun for a solo walk or a family activity. read more

Well let me start this off by saying; this park possesses a high potential for rape. That being said its an excellent park for the children. You may wanna give those little whipper snappers a can of bear mace to carry around though. The other public facilities (pool and water park) are rather disgusting. I counted three used tampons in two hours floating in the filth kids. That's all besides the point, the playground is where it gets interesting. I was minding my own business on the slide when I saw sex. Two couples were having there way with two homeless women. It was a sight. Besides these smaller issues the big problem I had was that the grass didn't seem to be trimmed how I like. This is just unacceptable to me. read more

I found this park today and I think it will become a frequented spot! Lovely running/walking trail around the pond. You can walk your dog or your children. Clean well maintained. I don't know if they spray for bugs because there were no mosquitoes each time I was there. Tried to go Fishing this morning on my small boat but noticed the PUBLIC boat ramp had been blocked off so the kids can hang around that area and play. Seems to me there are plenty of other places the kids can play so others can use what the public park has to offer. Thanks read more
