I took my Dodge Charger in for it's yearly inspection last year. I received it back with greasy hand prints all over the steering wheel, the door panel and the arm rest. I cleaned it myself and mentioned it to the service manager. He was nice enough to give me a complimentary free detailing. I was told it would take 6-8 hours. Fast forward to this years inspection I thought it would be a good time to use it. I scheduled my car inspection for 8:30 am and detailing the day. I was contacted at 1:00 pm to tell me it's ready. No way I thought. That was too quick. What happened to the 6-8 hours? When opened the door I could see that all they did was vacuum the interior and wash the exterior. No shampooing of the seats or carpet, no ArmorAll of the dash, door panels or arm rest. So much for their so-called detailing. It was obvious they didn't want to give me a fully detailed car. I've been going there for years, but that doesn't seem to matter nor should it. I WON'T BE GOING BACK. The lack of my business wont hurt them in the least. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had buying a car!!! The salesman we dealt with, Ben, still smelled of alcohol when we met with him to look at cars that day. Then we test drove a couple styles of the Jeep Cherokee and Compass, we decided on the Cherokee due to the upgrades and features we were told came on the car. After we finalized all the paperwork, and of course we did some research on cars they had for sale since I had a trade in, they finally offered us a reasonable amount for my trade in. We went out to do a final review of the car, well Ben put my license plate on the wrong car and we started to drive away with out it!! But the best is after we got home and tried to setup the Uconnect online and the app and found out it actually did not come with this function. I contacted Ben and after two weeks, still nothing except I'm busy with other customers.. In the meantime I received the online review, so I completed it and answered honestly to only have Ben send me text messages calling me a liar and I hurt his bonus!! I then contacted the manager of the store who then proceeded to tell me yes Ben was correct I did in fact hurt their bonus!! No, we are sorry about your disappointment with your vehicle or we will try to fix these issues instead I received numerous emails of rude and ignorant emails. I will never return to their dealership and yes I have told family and friends about my experience. I have emails and text messages from both the Salesman and manager proving how rude and unprofessional they both have been and told me it was Jeep's issue not theirs, my issue is they promised me something that came on the car that didn't. Maybe if they did their job correctly I wouldn't be disappointed!! Plus on top of it all, the radio has issues and we had to pull the fuse already to shut it off!! read more

Sorry so long, but if you don't read it all here is what to take away from this. 1. Do not buy a vehicle from Beaver County Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler in Chippewa. 2. Finance directly through your own bank. 3. Be sure to review all details on documents . 4. TRUST NO ONE! Especially when their job is to sell you something! I have bought four vehicles from Beaver County Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler in Chippewa with two of them being this month. Never will I buy from them again and I discourage others from doing so. I went because I know an "friend" who is a dealer there. If you do buy a vehicle there, be sure to go over the paper work with a fine toothed comb! I was adamant on the price I could afford monthly on a vehicle and that I only wanted a five year finance. The salesman showed me one car that he highly recommended. It was bigger than I was used to and got less gas mileage. He assured me it was a great value, which I believed. I thought this guy was a friend and honest. I trusted him. But, the payments were higher than I wanted. The finance guy came back and said I had good credit and it was a 6% interest rate. But he kept coming back with a payment higher than I wanted and asked if I would consider a longer finance term. I said no, no longer than fie years! It was a long night and he came back and said ok, I got what you wanted. Still the payment was a bit higher than I wanted, but I could deal with it. I got the vehicles. By the way, this happened with both vehicles I purchased within one week. The second one was a co-sign and that person definitely couldn't afford a higher payment. It was bad enough they said the interest rate in that one was 12%!!! Regardless of the bank quoting an 8% interest rests one week prior. We finished the agreement after closing time. When signing the papers the finance guy was rushing and flipping through everything fast. I did catch one discrepancy in the paperwork that they correct. They commented on how I pick up on stuff. As he rushed through the papers he looked nervous and said his boss was going to be upset because "he gave us warranties at face value". I came to find out it was because he was trying to get over on us! Because he gained my trust with lies he did! Two days after the second purchase, I found out that all dealership financing personnel can add up to 2% extra interest on top of what the bank said. The dealership keeps that 2%! I tried to finance directly through the bank. By then my credit went too low from the recent credit checks and purchases and I could not get approved. My bank asked me what the finance term was and I said five years. They said are you sure, because most people think that and it's actually longer. I said, oh no, it is definitely five years because I told them I didn't want any longer than that. She told me to check and make sure. When I checked I found that they made it for 75 months!!!!! They had a promotion going on and the dealer was supposed to make sure I got $50 for a test drive also, never did! I attempted to contact the dealer and finance manger. I spoke to one who said another manger was who I had to talk to and he would tell him to call me that day. Two weeks later and no one has called. This salesman and finance guy are the dynamic duo! Working very hard together to get every penny from you they can! Which is great for the dealership also and why they never called me back! I wish there was a way we consumers could LEGALLY be protected from this bullshit! One thing I know I can do is put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! read more

Just don't go here. I have been here multiple times for service and it's always a headache. I used to come here exclusively for service but no more. They serviced my vehicle and when I picked it up my passenger air bag warning light was on. The solution I was offered was to charge me another 80 bucks to "diagnose" my car again with the machine. Thanks but no thanks. Go anywhere but here, you will have less chance of getting ripped off. And they will probably actually fix your car without messing something else up in the process. read more

I did not buy my Jeep here, but needed to find something closer to home for service. The first time I made an appointment and took my Jeep in they did not have me written on the schedule. They still got me in, but made it seem like i was bothersome for coming to an appointment I scheduled a week in advance. The second time going in, just a few months later, (for the same reason) was a better experience but I still wish there were more places to pick from to go. They did rotate my tires for no charge but he changed my license plate without asking because he said I go to them more than my actual dealership. read more

Can't say much for sales, but service here is absolutely horrible. I brought my car in for warranty work twice and both times got hassled. The first time they didn't even write my appointment down when I called and when I got there they said oh well I can't help you. Buyer beware when going here. They should not be in the used car business. I have bought many vehicles from them over the years. I will NEVER EVER go here again. The car I purchased was not in their possession for 24 hours when they had it listed. No one ever looked the vehicle over to see if there were any problems. I purchased it on Thursday 6/4/20 and it was in their garage 6/8/20, 6/15/20, and 6/22/20 for it not starting right away when you turn the key, the check engine light came on, and the gate bracket drops into place when the gate opens. Josh from Service actually told me that they are not equipped to repair GMC vehicles. They claim the bracket on the gate dropping into place is normal (it is not). They cannot find anything wrong with how it starts. It takes 30-45 seconds to turn over when you try to start it. So it was back in again on Thursday 3/4/21 for the same issue. Again, "we can't find anything wrong with it". So they kept it over the weekend. I had to call for an update on 3/8/21 for again "We've been starting it over and over today and it's not doing anything different". They drop it off. I go to move it and it won't start. If you cannot fix the cars you sell, then you shouldn't be in the business. Not to mention the condescending tone Josh uses to talk to females. grandson wanted to buy a car and needed a co-signer, I volunteered to co-sign.. The loan ends up being put in my name with him as co-signer. They never contacted me about doing this and also told my grandson that the payments would still be threw his personal bank. Needless to say, they lied! When I called them about it (I live in Texas), they said it was because my credit was better! I would have said no to loan being put in my name! It's ok to tell someone they aren't approved for a loan, you don't use the better credit rated person unless the people are married, and you don't do anything like this without asking! Payments also went from 62 months to 74! The loan is not financed threw his personal bank either! Buyer beware! Wish I would have checked all the reviews before he went there! Over a course of a week I been corresponding about a car advertised on car guru. One salesperson quoted me a price that was above the advertised price Strike one. Another sales person was calling it a LaCrosse Buick when it was a Lucerne. But she had the right price. Strike 2. Told them I wouldn't be able to make it there till Wednesday 9/18/19. And sales person. Ok to call before I go so they would have it ready. I called yesterday morning checked made sure car was still there and said I would be there 1:30 p m I drove from Penn Hills to Beaver Falls. About 60 miles. Went in to look at car after approximately 20 minutes. They told me car was sold day before. This after that morning telling me they have it ready. BIG STIKE 3. Drove 45 minutes to close a deal worked out over 2 days on the phone. they assured me we were ready to go. When i got there it was the same old slimy car dealer trap. They started with a deal from nowhere, that was not even close to what was discussed. Then negotiated and told us some BS after switching to a demo, that a demo would cost more to lease. Based lease on sticker price leaving no discount for demo. Actually cost more. Then after i asked about our deal, they had all kinds of excuses..that didn't include tax, blah , blah, blah. I asked if that was all inclusive several times before hauling my wife and 1yo up there. They will say what you want to get you in there. Bottom line....same old sleazy car salesman. On January 23rd 2017 I spend most of the day going from car dealer to car dealer trying to find a truck to fit my budget. My last stop was Beaver County Dodge. When I walked in the door salesman Jerome Armstrong met me at the door. I told Jerome I wanted a Dodge pick up. Jerome asked me some basic questions #1 what Payment do you want to be at? #2 Do you have a trade in. I told him my payment then told him my trade in was 16 years old. At this point I was frustrated and showed my frustration towards Jerome because no one was able to help me at any other dealer. What I was asking of Jerome was impossible. I sat down with the finance manager and we went over my credit. Credit was not a problem for me but they told me that they could help me with even if I had credit problems. After my sit down with the finance manager I told Jerome I wasn't getting my hopes up because no one would seem to work with me. Jerome advised me that no one was going anywhere untill I am in a 2017 Dodge Ram and my doubts would make him work harder. Before I knew it three hours flew by and I was handed the keys to my 2017 Dodge Ram dream truck. Bottom line is i was treated like a king by everyone at Beaver County Dodge and I got the truck I wanted and the payment I wanted. I had a pretty negative experience with this dealer. I recently bought a 2012 vehicle with low miles. I believe that I received a fair deal and the salesman was very nice. Unfortunately, their service department is awful. I had a leak that needed fixed within two days of purchase. I also had a body part that needed replaced. I took the car in for service and was told that it would take 12 weeks before they could service the vehicle. I went to another dealer that fixed the problem in 2 days. I also found out the parts that they were asking me to wait 12 weeks for, were the wrong parts. If I used them, I would have waited 12 weeks for parts that would not have fixed the problem. I would not suggest using them because their service department is not knowledgable. In addition, I was made to feel like I was bothering them when I asked for help. read more
