    My GF took her car in for the annual inspection and emissions inspection. They told my her that she needed multiple services that weren't actually needed and were not due yet. The quote they handed her was for over 1300.00 in repairs. They told her that her coolant system needed to be flushed. They said the differential fluid needed changed. They stated both the front and rear brakes have seized brake pads and that the rotors have rust which would cause her inspection to fail. They stated the reason for the failure is due to "rust" that was present on the rotors. Pennsylvania law (per safety inspection bulletin BI11-1) specifically states that rust on rotors is not a legitimate reason that would cause an inspection failure. I called the dealership to speak with the technician. I called to speak with Greg and was transferred to Mikes voicemail. When I called back the receptionist said he goes by both names. After 6 calls I spoke with someone. I started that there's no way all 4 rotors needed changed. And specified that surface rust is not a reason to change rotors. I understand there was slight rust on the rear face of the rotors due to the brake pads "sticking" but once the pads are freed up that surface rust will disappear. Any experience technician would understand that and wouldn't threaten to fail an inspection based on that. I asked the technician if they measured the rotor thickness and they did not. I asked for the parts back and they returned both rear brake rotors. Ultimately they charged her almost 600 dollars to free up 2 "stuck" brake pads and replace both rear rotors. I inspected the rotors when I got home. The minimum thickness to replace her rotors is 10.5mm. The left rotor measures 11.7mm and the right rotor measures 11.5mm. Both were still within acceptable tolerances. Now keep in mind that the specifications for new rotor thickness is 12.1mm. Their practices are completely unprofessional, dishonest, and deceitful. She's been going there since 2015 when it was Kenny Ross This is the last time any car of ours will be taken there!!!

    Honestly, I love this Toyota dealer! I've had a Tacoma since 1989 and always have it serviced by Toyota. Brewer is by far the best! They are honest, respectful of single ladies needing service, explain all that is required, and DON'T hard sell what is not needed! THAT is appreciated! The waiting room is spacious, clean, has TVs, vending machines, and very clean rest rooms. The employees are very friendly, efficient, and make the visit as painless as possible. The location is great because you can walk to Eat N Park while your vehicle is being serviced, or you can catch a courtesy ride back and forth while you wait for your service.

    They should actually perform the service that you paid for. Like check tire pressure after a tire rotation!!!

    Don't buy a car here. I've never seen such a collection of cocky, condescending pricks on a sales floor. You're selling Toyotas, not yachts.

I came here specifically because they advertise the installation. I go inside to choose and pay for my battery which they had. I let the girl know that I needed the battery installed, which is fairly obvious since I walk poorly with a cane. She said she has to go check with her manager. The manager comes out and she looks at my car and says we don't install batteries on cars like yours. I said I needed an explanation. She said that because she had to move my air filter which is sitting right in front of my battery that she couldn't do it. I understand if it was a severe amount of labor, but four screws and you pull the air filter out not much to it? My further explained my situation and asked what I should do. She offered no advice and just said she couldn't do it and walked back inside the store. I went up the street to the Valvoline instant oil change, and they were more than happy to get my business and install a battery for me. I was there a total of 15 minutes and never even had to get out of my car. That's the difference between good customer service and people who don't care. AutoZone doesn't care !

Several people have thanked me for treating them just like a regular customer, or in their words, "with dignity" If you are a minority employee, you're simply limited. Me, as a white male, I was given all the opportunity. Granted, I'm a retired PhD engineer, so I am good at inventory and with customers. But, the recruitment into the MAGA movement was continuous and intense. It came from every fellow white worker, including the store manager Elmer. So, I resigned in protest after I was offered a store. I cannot be an officer for a company whose values are so very different than mine. So the district manager, Lloyd Phillips and the regional manager, Chris Sides, tried to get me to come back to AutoZone. I told them in irrevocable condition is that politics stop being a part of the workplace. "if you have a problem with MAGA politics being in the workplace, then you have no place at AutoZone" -Lloyd Phillips, district Manager, Pittsburgh region, a position supported by Chris Sides, regional manager. If you are a minority, or if you are non-cis, prepare yourself for what you already know is common, and do yourself a favor and go closer to population centers. Better yet, if it is something that would not bring you retribution, complain publicly as I am.

I was the only person in the store and "Doug" came from the back, walked towards me and then proceeded to the far end of the counter. He did not address me but did look me in the eye. I thought perhaps he was busy with a customer in the phone. He was not he then stood at the far end looking at me when a male customer walked in walked past me and went to the far register and Doug said May I help you to him. My response at this point was "are you really going to wait on him as I have been standing here and you have seen me? " He response was very angry and he said "I didn't see you. " I told him that he had seen me and that I believed he was being rude. " At that point he started yelling and told me he would not serve me and I could not make my purchase. I left and went to another employee in the parking lot replacing a battery and requested he tell me the managers name. He would not and seemed very fearful only saying that he was inside. I called the store after getting home to no answer and no satisfaction. I called corporate in Raleigh with no response. I located the regional manger for this area named Jeff and explained that this prejudiced bully of a man refused to serve me and yelled at me. I was told that it was an HR matter and he could do nothing for me. This Doug person is prejudice against women and try's to bully you when you speak up. Advanced allows this misogynist behavior to permeate their establishment. Avoid this chain store at all costs. Give them no support!
