Each session is an hour long and will cover damn near every muscle in your body! There are different time slots throughout the day for different groups. For example, "fit kids" is from 5-6pm, then there is "small group" training from 6-7 and after that, on occasion, at least 2 or 3 times a week there would be a team of some sort for an hour to train and then a few times a week you have the adult group. Also at the end of each session, the hard working athletes or non-athlete individuals that attend a session get rewarded with some sort of game.
