The woman helping customers on the floor was beyond helpful with shoes and clothes. The young guy behind the counter was very helpful with local restaurants and things to do in the area. I'd definitely shop there again. They didn't have kids clothes so we did have to go the the big store but walking around downtown with a coffee I could absolutely see myself spending lots of money in there for the holidays!

This trip, I flew and was prepared to shop a big order & have it shipped home. When I inquired of the sales person about shipping charges, (a regular employee) I was told that I would have to pay shipping-regardless of what I spent. When I advised the clerk that I always got free shipping(based on the money I spent in the store) he/she advised me that he's only a cashier and that's the rules. I advised him that I could go on-line, get free shipping and not support this store. As I was leaving, I heard derogatory remarks being mumbled from the associate. As a retail executive, I don't know of any retail store that would turn away a large sale over principal do you?
