They give you a 4 hour window during the work week and no options on the day for the delivery. Then, they give you a 10 minute ETA. And when I downsized hired them to take a ton of our very nice furniture to a local consignment shop. They destroyed $9800 worth of furniture beyond the point of repair (you can't just repair vintage collectable furniture with spackle) and were unresponsive I had to hound for weeks. They cracked the side and top off the dining table, the Phillip Stark chair looked like it had rolled down the highway. All for their "white glove" option. They told me it looked like that when they picked it up. They told me they couldn't examine the "new in box" dining table so didn't know the condition. So basically a) they consistently called me a liar and b) gave me a check for $500 and said I was lucky to get it. They were doing me a favor. I am beyond furious with this company and will obviously never refer or use again. Buyer beware! And for the record this is the first ever negative review I've left anyone- because I do believe in second changes, and giving the opportunity for a business to make something right - but they absolutely did not fix this for me. And I'm positive they have insurance that should have covered it. Infuriating.
