Had to stop by on my way to the airport and was cutting it really close to when they were supposed to be opening. Lucky for me the older gentleman, whom I think runs or owns the place, was there. When you walk in you are not greeted with a hello or hi! It's weird. It's usually the lady that is loosing hair and she has a young child. I can do all I can to be nice to her but she doesn't respond with any warmth. The owner sent a letter for me. It was a very important document and he obviously threw it away. The letter never got there. I had an Amazon package come back. They never put enough postage on it. I had another package come back for some unknown reason. Others in the community have had the same experience that I have had!! They never post if they close early or if they decide not to open. You have to drive there, waste your gas then try to open the door. There's not even a sign on the door. I will never go back there! read more

I've been coming here for the last 3 and a half years but after a bad experience on Tuesday I will never step foot in here again. There used to be a guy working here who was amazing! He was knowledgeable and helpful with great customer service skills. He recently left and now it has gone downhill. I sell through a company that uses FedEx Smart Post. The guy who used to work here knew how to scan it in correctly. The FedEx label needs to be scanned first and then FedEx transfers it to USPS for final delivery. The people who work here keep scanning the USPS barcode which makes the package get held up for 3+ additional days because USPS has to transfer it back to FedEx. I've tried explaining this to them but they would keep scanning the wrong barcode. My husband went in on Tuesday to drop off some of my packages and tried to get the worker to scan the FedEx barcode but the owner rudely came in to the conversation and told my husband that he was wrong and the FedEx barcode didn't mean anything. My husband tried to kindly explain the situation but apparently the owner was having nothing of that and then proceeded to berate him about how we are always in there dropping off packages and not spending any money and questioned my husband about what I was doing with all of these packages. First off, I don't feel like it is any of his business about my sales. Second, we actually have frequently spent money at the store since we have out of state family we send gifts out to, we buy packing supplies and other items from their gift shop. But all that is besides the point. They are a mailing service and I'm dropping off packages that have been paid for through the company I work for. He was acting as if taking the packages to the back to be picked up by the mailing company was such a burden to him and if that's the case, that's pretty lazy thinking and terrible customer service. I've included a picture of the FedEx Smart post label to show what I'm talking about in hopes that the owner will learn how to properly scan instead of getting defensive. The guy who used to work here always made us feel welcome and told us we could drop off any packages we needed to and never made us feel like a burden. I will now be going to Postal Annex for all of my mailing needs because they have welcomed me with open arms and don't care that the labels are prepaid. read more

06/05/2021 My experience at the postal connection in Tigard Oregon was bad customer service or white privilege that's up for you to decide here's the scenario. I am a customer who is standing at the counter engaging with the clerk during our transaction. there are markers on the ground which indicate to people are supposed to remain 6 feet separation. this woman enters and interrupts our transaction for her transaction. this act is against The social norms. you stand in line, you wait your turn. What, my time is not is as valuable as yours? you wait your turn didn't your mama teach you that? Is this an example you teach your grandchildren? Clerk! your poor customer service skills we're evident and I don't expect no improvement. So I'll leave angry in return with a larger copy of the shipping label. The clerk says I didn't have to leave, I told him he perpetuated the breaking of the social norm by allowing that woman to interrupt our transaction by stepping out of turn. I felt belittled, I felt disrespected. At your age your incapable of grasping basic social contracts . To recognize nor exhibit good customer service or common courtesy. Your cheap free words of sorrow and so hopefully of a brighter day, that isn't promised to no one. Do better at managing your space. read more

was killing some time and wanted to buy some stamps to mail Christmas cards. Hey, this might be the ticket v. waiting in line at the U.S. Post Office. After entering I browse to see if they had boxed cards - not overly worried, just curious to look. There was one other customer and I got in line behind her. I felt like I was in a small town, general store. The customer was shipping packages, but the staff of two were re-packing one item for her. It was kind of a cluster - with me witnessing this transaction. At one point, the customer suggested they help me before they completed her transaction. That was a great gesture and I would have gladly stepped in to buy my stamps with cash and leave. But no, the clerk said "Oh no. This won't take long.........." It was long and the line behind me was growing. I later was helped by another clerk and got my Santa stamps. The original customer was still in there - Kind of poor behavior to show up, have the staff re-pack your item, and then later, fish for the mail address on your phone, while then later complaining about the price to ship items. Ugh! This isn't a negotiable process. 1. Good manners for her though 2. Liked the hometown feel of the clerks and accommodating behavior to someone kind of needy. In a strip mall, lots of parking. Clean store, some cards, office supplies, a few trinkets, masks, wrapping/packing goods. read more
