Waited for 20 minutes after someone was paged to get assistance and never received any assistance. We only finally attracted some attention when we started loading the floor model on a flat bed cart. This "associate" offered zero assistance even after being told we had waited far too long. Ordered the same product online the next day. Website said it would be ready within 3 hours. Went to the store 3.5 hours after purchase and was told the product wasn't ready and online orders are typically ready by the following day. That is not what the information said online. No one at this store is actually interested in doing their job. If possible, go to Home Depot or a different Lowe's location.

We rarely need to make returns, but we just had a recent instance of having to return 5 bags of polymeric sand because we decided to have the job done by a contractor. I saved the receipt and my husband went to the store to return the sand. It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to learn that there is a 90 day window on returns (with receipt) and NO EXCEPTIONS ARE GRANTED FOR A RESELLABLE ITEM such as polymeric sand! Needless to say, we have made our LAST purchase at Lowes and I will be sharing this VERY NEGATIVE experience EVERYWHERE I can.
