We used Beaverton kitchen cabinet & stone inc. for re do our old granite kitchen counter. The store/ ware house was not fancy and sales peoples are not following you around nor push at all. They were few, and all were busy. we had to wait to talk to them. We went to them because few years ago we bought granite bathroom vanity counter with sink & back splash from them and it was a good deal and still looks great. We initially wanted granite kitchen counter, but they had only few options to choose from, Victoria,sales lady who helped us to decided with lighter color quartz. Couple days later gentle man came and measured our counter top, and 2 weeks later 3 gentlemen came and work half day to dismental and put new counter,sink and back splash for stove and walls. They cut some stones in their van and they are respectful professional and didn't leave any mess.we were very pleased with their work. They installed the counter very quickly and finish product looks awesome. We are especially pleased with new stove back splash! These quartz are not brand name and they are 20mm thick and not high end product, but they are nice color with beautiful patterns. They installed 10 mm plywood under the quartz counters. We think they make up thickness and counter top stronger. New sink was beautiful. We are very glad that we went to them, their price fitted with our budget and it was very reasonable price. We definitely will use them again for sure. We didn't give 5 stars because new counter was done less than 2months ago. read more

Working with Victoria has been extremely easy and she's extremely quick to getting back to any questions I had, especially because this was my first major home renovation project. When they came to actually do the installation, the original timeframe was going to be two days... However, the people doing the installation were extremely efficient and professional. I had an outdoor kitchen project with lots of odd angles. Beaverton Kitchen Cabinet and Stone was very reasonably priced and the quality of the installation was perfect. The installation team was on time, explained any custom steps/cuts, and clean up at the end. I didn't feel rushed at all. And I was not charged for any small, extra, custom cuts. I was on the waitlist to get an earlier installation date. They were able to accommodate and moved my install up a few weeks. Overall 4 stars in my book. The one area for improvement is in-store customer service. Could be a tad bit more welcoming. read more

Kind of a low overhead, warehouse place, but they keep their overhead down. Employees did not hound us when we entered and let us wander and look for a while. The could not have been more helpful and friendly. They sold us a line of discontinued cabinets at a great price. Then the installation was fast and professional. The guys they hire are a great team and did a great job. We actually enjoyed having them in the house. I recommend them without reservation. Walked in on a Monday mid-morning. 4 people working/sitting behind desks. Not one looked up. I eventually made eye contact with one. She looked back down at her computer. Did not "say may I help, good morning, what brings you in?" No smile from anyone. They were deep in their computer screen. She seemed perturbed when I asked a q. Didn't want to get up and answer my Qs. She kept asking me "is it quartz?" when I inquired on a piece not labeled? I said "I don't know." She says, "what wall is it on?" I mean can you not get off your ear buds, computer monitor and ass to come and see what I am talking about? Strangest experience ever. Terrible customer service. We had a leak that ruined our floor and some of the cabinets in the kitchen so since so much of the kitchen was torn out to dry it we decided to upgrade finally and do things right. We checked out a whole bunch of places from top of the line custom builders to Lowe's and Home Depot before we tried this place. My son had used them to replace his countertops and was very happy with their service so we checked them out. There is nothing fancy about this place and they don't have the biggest selection of types and woods but what they do have is beautiful and well made. They also don't have a bunch of hungry sales people following you around trying the hard sell but they are right there to answer any question and take the time to show you things. So if you can find a selection that you like this is the place to go. Their product is beautifully finished, solid wood great construction and right there in house and at a very reasonable price, more that half off of some others we saw. They also sell Granite and Quartz countertops at excellent prices, they also have sinks and drawer pulls. We were able to buy a very heavy duty double sink at a much better price than the big box stores sell it for. We did buy our pulls on line because they were much cheaper that way. They do the installation too and they have a very professional crew of hard working guys who are very easy to work with, they show up when they say they will and get right to work. They do beautiful work and clean up before they leave. Our sales guy is Andy and he was a joy to work with, quick to respond to questions and helpful with the design. For price, quality and workmanship you won't find a better place. The one thing you have to consider is that they are very busy so you will probably have to wait once you purchase before they can get it put in but we think the wait was worth it. read more

I can't give them a poor enough recommendation. I wanted to replace my kitchen cabinets and countertop I sent pictures and measurements to designer Beth. She did an estimate and then let me know that of the 9 or 10 kinds of cabinets they had on the website they only had 2 types in stock- so NO CABINETS So, we decided to go with just the countertop. It took them 4 weeks to send out somebody to measure We told the guy what we wanted then it took another 1 week to get a completed estimate from Beth and it didn't include what we asked for When I mentioned this I got "yeah yeah I need to look into that" and this after a month. We drove an hour and a half each way to Beaverton cabinet to look at stone and Beth let us know that they only had one kind of quartz to do our tiny kitchen. When she finally got us the updated estimate after almost two months she let us know they no longer do work in Washington. So, in summary they don't have hardly any cabinets they have almost no actual granite or quartz it takes them months to do simple estimates they don't do any custom work and they don't work in Washington hopefully they'll go out of business soon and give us all a break read more

The first one involved a large weird-shaped rounded peninsula and the quality of the counter-top stonework was fantastic. On the second kitchen, they did us a favor and squeezed us in in a short time-frame. We found them to be very affordable and the design and overall service and communication was very good both times. You may find very good price cabinets but they are very busy and the shop owner have very little patient to speak with you. They schedule way out (6 weeks or more). And you can tell as he does not care for your business they rather deal with contractors. The shop owner give you the sarcastic look when you are asking for question that a typical home owner would ask like can you custom order a pantry. Yes I know this is prefrab place! It was funny to see a mom with 3 little kids there layout with Legos while she shops for the cabinet. The rest of the staff seem very patient and want to help out. But they can not make decisions. They have to come back to the shop owner. Our turn off was the owner yelling at a new employee he had just hired. I don't do business with people who don't respect others. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. I'll admit I'm not a re-modeler so I don't know all the in's and out's but that's why the planning people are there right? This place was crazy to deal with the entire time. Went in the looking for cabinets and counter tops for my simple kitchen remodel. They had good prices but I knew what was going to happen I'd pay more elsewhere. Got soo many problems instead. First they sold me the completely wrong cabinet for my sink, telling me the whole time they could modify the cabinet so my old sink would fit. Ya that didn't happen. My installers were laughing at the cabinet size I got and even their own installers said they couldn't modify the cabinet. So had to buy a new sink which made my wife SUPER mad. Next they are selling wall cabinets for islands. Not cabinets just made to hang off the side but are supposed to support weight and was told to just build tow kick to support this. Oh wait they make bases for this right?? Yes they do, another reason for my installers to laugh at the cabinet place. Next the sink is now off center because the planning person can't plan anything correctly and of course we don't find this out until everything is torn apart and it's too late to do anything about it. Ohhh I forgot we paid one of their people to come out and measure everything to insure that we don't have off set sinks and wrong cabinet sizes for sinks. I brought this up to the manager James and the whole time he's telling me it's my fault. Also saying that the wrong way is the way everyone is doing it now. Well last time I checked it doesn't matter if it's the way people are doing things, if it's wrong it's WRONG. Doesn't mind he's doing business wrong or selling wrong cabinets to people. Comes down to it that he's the worst person to deal with and they have never heard of any kind of customer service. I urge everyone to stay away from this place and everyone in it. They do have cheap cabinets but you'll pay for it in the long run or if you have to deal with anyone there. If anyone leaves a 5 star review on this place it has to be FAKE REVIEWS. The installation was flawless! They made helpful recommendations and provided tips on how to care for the granite. They did a wonderful job cleaning everything, taking away every piece of garbage and hosed down the outside work area where they cut the granite. My mom and I wanted to check out countertops for my kitchen remodel. We went in Sat. 7/7. There were 4 associates sitting at the desk, one was helping a customer, two were looking at a computer and the 4th guy was starring out the window. No one acknowledged that we entered the store, we looked around, no one ever asked if they could help us. I didn't want granite so we walked up to the man sitting behind the desk, staring out the windw to ask if they had anything besides granite. He said they had other stuff on the back wall. That was it! We walked back to the back wall, thinking one of them would follow us but NOTHING! He just watched us. Finally I said to my mom, "since no one can seem to stop staring out the window and get off their ass to help us, let's go." We left as the window staring guy watched us leave! The only reason I gave them 1 star was because they were open Sat., afternoon and because I had to in order to post this. I was first told about this company because of their low granite prices. They were in fact way below their competition for the exact same granite. Josh in the office was very helpful in keeping my quote updated as I made changes before and during the install. I asked for a person to come out and measure beforehand to ensure my measurements were exact. They did without any extra charge and I'd suggest this is always done. The day of the installation 3 skilled guys came out and went to work. They knew what they were doing and had 4 big vanities and backsplashes done within a matter of hours. They asked questions along the way to make sure they did exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with the counters and would recommend them to others. 5 stars for the granite, the price ( I think) and the installers. one star for the paperwork and confusion. I still am not sure what went on with the estimates and the final price. Less than Ikea, thicker granite and a larger selection; the installers were artists. But the estimates were confused. One price then another than a third after the work was done. I paid three times seems unusual they said not but I am not a spring chicken. And by the way hire a plumber they disconnect everything but can not legally reconnect your plumbing and it can take 7-10 days for a plumber to squeeze you in. Would I do it again, no. read more

There were slated to install the cabinets over a two day period but asked if they could stay late the first day and finish the job. The two installers stayed til about 8pm and finished it up. Was looking around to replace my ugly tile kitchen counter tops, got a quote from Flo Form and then went in to see these guys. Place isn't as fancy of an office as Flo Form but the prices will knock your socks off! Got a quote for replacing my tile with demo, new sink, pluming and Quartz counter tops for about a third of the cost of anyone else. It isn't some fancy Quarts or Granite from Italy, Spain or some fancy place it is from China but the Quality is just as good especially for the price. All the install guys are Chinese and nice guys and efficient it seems to be a family business plus friends. The lady I worked with was Nichole and she was nice and answered all my questions during the process. They are limited on selection but I am sure you will find what you want with the 3 options they have for Quartz and about 10 or 12 options they have for Granite counter tops. I didn't replace the cabinets but they have those as well if you need to replaces yours. If you want a Kitchen remodel on the cheap with good quality this is the place to go if you are a real-estate investor looking to flip homes these are the guys I would use to do any cabinet and counter top work. Great people good prices and very skilled installers who do a great job. Go see these guys if you are looking to spruce up your kitchen you wont be disappointed! read more
