The staff was just all so friendly and helpful through everything. They helped ease my anxiety day of the surgery which I was very nervous about dentists are one of my biggest fears. I was very nervous because I was removing all 4, had never had an IV, and had never experienced any type of sedation/anesthesia. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were adept in their skills while providing the highest level of kindness and compassion. Dr. Mills did a wonderful job, and I truly believe that I was in the best care possible. Additionally, I really appreciated that this office was able to provide a ballpark estimate before my consultation since I was paying without insurance. 10/10- would definitely recommend!!

I thought it was strange that they took a form before my teeth were pulled, and were totally disregarding my gag reflex. I spent every visit gagging and choking, and they'd just say, hold your breath, or breathe deep. I had to fight with them about opening up a space so I wasn't constantly gagging when the "teeth" were in. I have moved to another state and a close friend took me to her dentist to have decent dentures made. He was appalled at what those dentures were doing to my gums and told me not to put them in even for a moment. As I'm now going through the process of getting dentures with him, I'm amazed. In a visit where he took a half hour putting things in and out of my mouth he didn't trigger my gag reflex once.

I was not told I would be getting a temp set until after they were made so I couldn't just skip them. 800 a piece and they are junk. Didn't get to choose color etc. so now I have to get the perm ones and can't afford them. Insurance only covers one set. Insurance says it was because the claimed them as immediate and should have claimed them as temporary. They said to tell them to resubmit as temporary and guess what, they refuse. Also when I went in to see the surgeon who left MANY fragments some very large to get one removed I ended up having alveoplasty that was supposed to have been done on extraction day. I had to pay more for anesthesia also. Not at all impressed with this office at all. All except for Michael and Breanna.

I am a service member and prior to the beginning of…read moretreatment I inquired to the dentist billing office person to inform me of the coverage for treatment. They informed that they have received an authorization number from Concordia Dental and as such covered for treatment. After each treatment appointment I again inquired as to any incidental charges for treatment and continued to get the same reply. After the final treatment was performed, they then informed that I was not covered by Concordia because coverage had ended and I was responsible for all charges. At that point I requested a copy of the authorization they had received and on it it clearly stated that treatment needed to be performed prior to expiration date. My initial appointment to start treatment was after the expiration date and they knew this. This dentist clearly deceived me in making me believe I had coverage and continued treatment knowing that at the end I would be responsible for payment. This type of unethical, deceptive practice has just put me in a unnecessary financial hardship. I would recommend Concordia Dental or for that matter any dental insurance company review their ethical behavior as a network provider and remove them from the list.
