Terrible, I went in to get a simple mani, I walked in nobody greeted me so I was confused because it was my first time.. I stood there and stared EVERY worker in the eye. I went and sat in the waiting area for 45 mins!! Still no greet or asked what services I needed. An hour and a half PASSED and still NOTHING. I would stay far away from this place! First impression the nail techs were rude! The salon is nasty. I got a male nail tech. I told him I want to keep my real nails long... he sighed and went to go snap them and said it's whatever that they were not even. Then he was stabbing with the tool underneath my nail to shape them. That hurt! I requested one nail on both hand a different color, he did two. The dip is not all the way to the bottom of my nail , & is faded.. like if I had them done a week ago! He put my hands under the split light to dry and I pulled it out to look at them because I knew I was not happy... then he started yelling at me. I will NEVER go back! Was visiting the Panhandle and met up with a friend to hang out. We decided to get pedicures. Someone recommended this place and so we went. Saturday afternoon around 1PM, we walked in without an appointment and were seated immediately. Techs were nice and accommodating. Everyone was wearing masks and socially distanced. I even got my eyebrows down and walked out paying way less than what I would in the DFW area. Would definitely recommend. read more

I want to start by saying my nail tech was sweet and gave a wonderful massage.... HOWEVER, I am a licensed professional and OSHA trained and this place was DISGUSTING. They were re-using files and pumice stones on people's feet. I could not believe it! If someone wasn't treating me I would have walked out!!! I asked the woman who seemed to be in charge to get new stuff for all of us and she did but she was so put off by this request. Those are single use items and that is SO DANGEROUS. With the price of pedicures they can afford to do the LEGAL thing and open new items for people. They were placing mine and my friends tools on the same surface... just all around unbelievable. If you don't know better and don't ask, these people are reusing single use items on you. Don't go here. They are taking advantage of the fact that people don't know better. I went in wanting cute dip nails but needed up with cuts all over my fingers.. the nail tech I had was named Tony I don't recommend him he kept sticking his dirty tools in with my nails while they were soaking and was extremely aggressive with the file, he saw that he had cut me said oh sorry and proceeded to use a dirty nail oil brush on my fingers. This hidden little gem is pretty cute! I came about 7:30 on a Monday afternoon, no one was in there and I said I didn't have a lot of time, but that I wanted to get a mani and pedi-if I could get them at the same time. They were able to get that done for me. It was quite in there, and the ladies that were working on my hands and feet were nice, and talked to me a bit and little to themselves. It was kinda relaxing in there. They got it done really quickly too. They let my daughter come and sit by me as well. The price for a gel pedi is $50?!! I feel like that is waaaaay expensive, since for mani and gel is only $35 but hey what do I know? ‍ You'll have to go for sure to see the entrance!! I won't give it away, you'll just have to go! My hands (gel) and feet (regular polish ) look great! So I'm happy with them. The reason it's not 5 stars is cuz I've been to salons that offer beverages and do their best to make sure that you're utilizing the massager chair and all that. Found this salon on yelp. Looked clean and busy thought it would be fine. Asked for a dip manicure and was shown where to pick my color. When the guy came to take me back. I informed him I wanted a dip manicure. I've never had such a rushed sloppy job done. I keep asking him if he was going to clean up the extra overhang onto my nail beds and he kept telling me yes at the end. When he was finished he handed me a slip and got up. The whole appointment took maybe 30 minutes and I never received the manicure part of the appointment just a very Sloppy dip. When I paid out I told the girl at the front desk that he did a very poor job and asked for a nail file to try and clean up my nails. I do not recommend going to this salon. Amarillo has others to pick from read more

I needed to have a pedicure and manicure, I looked on yelp and found Bebe Nail Salon. I noticed that they accept walk ins so I drove to bebe's and sure enough they took me right away. I was assigned Nancy to do my pedicure, she was friendly and professional and very good at her job. Hann did my manicure she too was friendly and did a good job on my nails. Now that I am in Amarillo Bebes will be my nail salon. read more

I've gotten my nails done here a couple of times and each time, I'm less than impressed. They have a perfect dip color that I kept coming back for because it was pretty and matches everything, but their service is terrible. I had to stop getting dip due to school so I went in for Shellac and the colors are lackluster and the last time in was the final straw for their terrible service. She didn't ask if I wanted a manicure (I didn't, I had them shaped and done the day before at another salon because they were jagged and bothering me) and then charged me for it anyway. She talked me out of my original color so when I went to choose another - it looked nothing like the color on the sample. I then asked for another coat because it was patchy and she refused. Paying $35 for something I didn't want originally and had terrible service kinda sucks! read more

Went for a simple toe polish change and am not impressed to say the least. Some parts of my nail show through the polish, while other parts have so much paint that it left "wrinkles". The person who painted my nails was not in uniform, so not sure if they were actually a certified nail tech. Glad I only wasted $10 here instead of more on an actual pedicure. Bebes is very picky on how they do your nails. It is almost like the women in there didn't learn how to do anything besides French Tip nails, I have gone to this salon for years and still I ask the same thing, usually they tell me I am wrong and that I should get a French tip with a polish on it. The men that work on the pedicures are amazing though, they actually help you pick what you want and they do not complain, but also I ALWAYS get an ingrown toe nail when I step foot out of the salon. read more

I was just in this place and the guy did a good job on my manicure. I went out to the car to wait on my sister and we were parked right in front of the door. One of the guys that works there was picking his nose. I hope he washed his hands before he worked on somebody. It was disgusting. read more

Went in to give it a try as so many have said this place was the best.... Well where shall I start? This place is absolutely disgustingly dirty! They do not use clean utensils and while getting my nails done, I was cut two different fingers and just kept going. Didn't stop to clean my fingers or anything and just put the tools back in the drawer without cleaning or anything! I wanted to barfff. Then the guy that was doing mine I had to ask 3 times to push and trim my cuticles and he acted like I was asking for a miracle. He kept saying at the end.... Nails are all different shapes some round some super square some well in between round square. They look absolutely horrible!! Lastly $45 for dip?? With a small heart on the ring finger... I went in for a regular pedicure and the lady made my toe bleed when she used the cuticle cutters and then messed up my nail polish, tried to fix it with a brush and paint over the smudges and then ended up redoing my nail and it still looked terrible and had cotton all over it. Went there this morning for a mani pedi. Loved the girl that did my feet. She was nice, helpful and did an awesome job on my design. The lady that did my fingers was horrible. I don't pamper myself often so when do I trust whoever's doing my nails knows what their doing. Anyways the lady that did my fingers rushed threw and offered no design even tho she saw the design I got on my toes her only response was it's too late! We came here for a pedicure and fill. The pedicures were average and we were pleased with them. Although I had my baby in my lap while my toes were drying and one of the nail techs walked up and literally tried to grab her from my lap. She had lifted her up and I had to pull my baby back to me by her legs to keep her from taking my child. Completely inappropriate!! My mother in law got a fill from Tony. It was terrible. There was acrylic all over her cuticles and he slapped on the gel finish. She asked him to clean it up and make them thinner, and he got an attitude and told her 'the white will be gone if I file anymore.' They were RIDICULOUSLY thick. She had to file the edges of her nails because they were pulling at her cuticles. If the pedicures had not of been decent I would have only given one star. read more

I wish there was such a thing as negative stars! I've been going here for years. Always get great service and I tip large for the great service. Today, was not a good day. Went in early. Only 2 techs on duty. One was busy the other started on me which was fine because I have used her before and she's great. At 9:02 a very nice lady comes in and says she has a 9:30 appt. The tech tells her to pick out her color, starts her tub at the chair next to mine and informs me that I will have to wait now as this nice lady has an appt.....in 28 minutes!! She had never even bothered to check my water. My feet were getting scalded. I proceeded to dry my feet, put my shoes on and leave! I won't go back. It is not my fault nor the fault of the very nice lady with the 9:30 appt that this tech is rude, understaffed and unprofessional! read more

I love Bebe's!!! I always get vip treatment when I go there-Nancy is my favorite & she makes sure that I & anyone of my friends or family get the very best service. If there has ever been an issue, it was resolved during our next visit. Hann does the absolute best pedicure you'll ever get, anywhere!! Brittany is a favorite of my friends as she applies tips which I don't require. My powder dip nails by Nancy last 3-4 weeks easily. The prices are very competitive. If I went anywhere else, which I have, the quality just isn't the same. I need my nails to last & they always do at Bebe's. My mom's nails last for 8-9 weeks because she lives out of state & comes to visit every other month or so. She loves Bebe's, my friends love Bebe's & even my son loves Bebe's!!! I've been here many times and the service can be good... But more often it is bad. Today I went in for a mani/pedi with my niece. She had decent service. I got a dirty tub (which I asked them to scrub and they just rinsed it out), I have bruises already from him using too much force on my right foot (the left didn't get much time at all - less than half of what they did on my right) and my foot was burning with wax. I was in tears with the wax but he didn't seem to care. I got one coat of polish which I will be redoing at home because I hate it. The mani isn't even worth mentioning since it lasted a total of five minutes and the clear polish didn't even cover my whole nail. This was my last visit. read more

Got a pedicure here, and while the time spent for the price, and the massage were both really good, he cut my toenails so short that my toes have been sore for days. And, he got nail polish all over the cuticles if every nail and all over my pinky toe. Just a botched paint job. read more
