I got my nails done not even a week ago and they're already trying to come off and I haven't done anything rough with my nails.

I've been there twice now and I've had to go back and get nails refilled the older lady was rude. Will never go back there .

This was my first time going to this salon. I went for a pedicure and asked for them to do a basic manicure with no polish. The pedicure was good and I have no complaints, but then he began to clip my nails and he cut the tip of my finger. It began bleeding terrilbly. He apologized and went to go get some stuff to fix it. He continued to clip my nails way too short after and did not shape them well. This is what my finger looks like today and it is quite painful. I am not pleased. My boyfriend and I stopped in on a Monday afternoon and I wish I would have went with my first mind and not ! I decided to get a pedicure and when I say it was the worst professional pedicure I've ever received . I could not even relax because I could not help but focus on how horrible the pedicure was going. My toes look like a 10 year old painted them. The lady that was doing my toes seem to be in a rush for whatever reason but it was unacceptable. My toes look like I have one coat of paint instead of a solid nice coat. When I asked for her to correct the mistake it seems as i was bothering her and she went back and did the same exact thing. I would not recommend this place for your spa pedicure . The employee does not take pride in their work and is lazy in nature. Save the headache and go elsewhere. read more

I decided to try Finest Nails &Spa today and I'm glad I did. Luckily they take walk-ins so I was able to get a manicure and pedicure. The staff were welcoming and friendly. This Salon is clean with their work areas and with their tools. Their prices good too. Nancy was assigned to me and she was careful and very thorough. Overall SUPER job & for a Male basic Manicure Pedicure was about $40.00 plus $15.00 tip. The Only negative was person I had did not speak or understand English at all. It Was extremely difficult to communicate what I wanted. She had to get a translator to help but, again did a SUPER job. I will come back! read more

As a visitor to Amarillo , I used Yelp to find a nail salon. As I approached a Yelp recommended place , I actually saw Finest Nails just a few doors down. It wasn't in Yelp. However, I decided to go to Finest Nails since it was their focus. The other place had several other services. I found a gem. I've been going here about a year and they've been pretty good. Until this last visit I was getting my dip taken off and they used a fake nail to pry off the dip from my real nail. I told the lady she was hurting me and she kept pulling, she finally pulled as hard as she could and pulled a part of my real nail off and it was the worst pain I think I've ever felt. Found this nail salon on a recommendation from Yelp as we were passing through Amarillo and I needed a backfill. They did not disappoint! Made an appointment for Saturday at 10:00 am and got there a little bit early; they took me right away. It is a clean, well appointed, and welcoming establishment. Nancy who did my backfill was friendly, efficient, and finished inside of 45 minutes! I would definitely recommend this salon and will go back when we're next in Amarillo. Oh yes, and they are very reasonable on their prices. I paid $30.00 for a pink and white backfill. read more

Passing thru town and in desperate need for a gel fill on my Nails. Found this shop on Yelp and it was on my way to where we were having dinner so decided to try it out. They got me in right away which is always nice on short notice, even had time to add a Pedi!Everything seemed great, Pedi (with wax) was excellent, my gel fill nails not quite as expected (comparing to my gal back home) but still looked nice in the end. Then came time to pay, Shocker....They charged EXTRA for gel polish on the toes, and not just a few dollars but 25 Dollars!!!, that's almost the full price of the whole pedi, NO mention of extra during procedure. I really wanted to love this place. I'll begin by saying the employees were so friendly and displayed great customer service. I was excited to start back getting my gel dip nails for fall but one week in and 4 of them have popped off randomly as if the gel was never even attached to my nails. If I lived nearby then I would consider stopping back in but unfortunately that is not the case.
