I've come to this salon a few times now and Chloe does a wonderful job! She is so kind and always does exactly what I ask for. She is the best! She also did a great job waxing my eyebrows too. I have always had a pleasant experience coming here so sad. Pricing is a little expensive but it depends what you get.

Incredibly disappointed in my experience. Went in on my birthday to get my nails done. Had to wait for about 25 minutes for someone to start, which I really didn't mind since there were so few people working. Get my manicure and as the worker is doing my cuticles, he takes a chuck of skin with it. Super painful! Two days later there is a chip in the nail, so I call to get it fixed. When I come in rather than redoing the nail, the same worker filed it down and glued it. Super upsetting especially for how expensive they were!

I've been having my nails done at the same salon since 2016. I only get ombré, which I know requires some skill, so I stick with what I know is good. I happened to be in Bridgeville, saw Bebe Nail while sitting in the parking lot, and decided to look them up. I see they have a picture of a nice set of ombré nails so I figure what the hell. Give them a try. I walk in, show her a picture of exactly what I want and ask how much. Keep in mind, I have natural long nails but I've broken a few. So, I only need a few tips, I ask how much and she said $55.00. Same price as my salon but with a full set of tips. I'm thinking, as long as they're well done, okay. It's convenient and only a few bucks more. I explain the things I dislike. Short, fat, square nails. I like longer, thin, natural looking nails. She proceeds to add the tips, but cuts snd files them a little shorter than my natural nails. She's building them and they're "thick" & very curved. Totally not like natural nails at all but I can still live with them. They problem is the horrendous ombré. I mean, they look nothing like the picture I showed her. The white underneath is very prominent and not blended, so now all of my fingers look like I have white starting halfway down my nail bed. They look terrible. Short, thick ... like chiclets! Awful. But then, we head over to do my pedicure. No mention of what kind, what I want, the price, nothing! She took exactly 20 mins to do my pedicure, including gel polish. Clipped my nails, gave a quick sand if the heels. No massage, no real cleaning ... just a totally rushed basic pedi. At this point, I just want to leave. I'm silently scolding myself for going against my gut. I walk up to the cash snd she says that will be $115, please. What? On what planet does a shitty food wash, nail clip, gel polish cost $60?? I ask her why it's so much since I can get a deluxe 45 min spa pedi with foot & leg massage, paraffin wrap, and gel polish for $55 at my own salon. She proceeds to tell me it's $30 for pedi, $10 for callous file, and $20 fir polish. What a joke. If you're going to charge people for things that should be included, you should tell them upfront. Didn't tip, and never going back! Save your money and go elsewhere. This place is a scam. I had my nails done 5 days ago and they already need a fill. Itsho

Wish there was a 0 star. *discrimination* I went to mis Kim to get my nails done today 1/4/2021 well I had her give me a pedicure with white tip which she did then I had her do my nails with white tip and a design on my ring finger well she was halfway through doing my nails and said rudely to me that she can't do my nails anymore and I have other people here wanting there nails done ,your takes to long/ Keep in mind she did my nails in the past....she knows I have CEREBRAL PALSY on my right side because I could not keep my right hand still -I was nt happy @all I'll never go back to Bebe nails ( discriminateion) in 34 years I had never had a business person put me down like that heart breaking

They were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone everyone! They are so nice and polite and make you feel welcome. My nails look the best ever, shaped perfectly without me even showing him a picture and I am very particular. They are long And strong they held up great. They have an assortment of colors you will definitely find what you need. The salon is very clean and relaxing.
