my experience at bebe nails was HORRIBLE. they make up prices in there head and can't even give you a real break down of why your nails are so expensive. i went in and i wanted "nut" color nails with no designs or diamonds why was my nails $65??? and they are fairly short. i'm sitting here asking them what exactly costed so much and they couldn't tell me.. the tips the lady used were already pre shaped all she had to do was define it a little but if you get your nails done YOU KNOW that's the service there suppose to apply regardless. i'm so upset if i can give them 0 stars i fucking would 0/10 don't go here for nothing at all. they are scamming people easily. read more

I was sort of scared to go because honestly not a lot of people can do tips now a days. They either do them too chunky or basically disregard anything you say and do what they want. I came here and the pedicure was amazing! Super clean! Super friendly. Robert did my nails and what can I say speechless. They are nice and thin not too chunky all the same size. He takes his time to do a good job and made sure I was happy with the results. Not to mention when he said the price - I was shocked! $20 pedicure and $45 for gel tips . You can't go wrong. Horrible! I got my nails done for New Years here. I got my feet and nails done with Sns a polish that's stronger than gel manicures. So it's meant to last. Not even 24hours later the polish literally fell off the whole nail and others began to chip. So I had to rush back on New Year's Eve to get it fixed they fixed the one nail and I went on my way 83$ later (including tip) later that night another nails polish literally falls off. At this point I'm beyond annoyed because it hasn't even been 4 days and my nails are disgusting. So I show up today to get them fixed AGAIN. And the owner suggests they just redo them cause clearly somethings wrong with the powder. After they take off the polish and are about to redo them she shouts from her desk that it's goin to be another 50$ after they're already "fixing" their mess up. And proceeds to go back and forth with me on why it's not her fault the nails did not last even a week when I just had my last sns set on for three weeks with no problem. that they had to charge me because the girl that did them was not there as if that's my fault. I came in for a service and it was not done properly. The owner has no integrity for the service that should be given at her shop and if you go here just hope that what you want is done right when you walk out the door cause once they have your hard earned money they could careless. Have been going here for months always with the same stylist and with an appointment. I'm sure Valentine's Day weekend is a busy season for them which is why I made sure to make an appointment. However, that was a waste of time because they won't honor your appointment. Let a walk in complain about their wait and they will try to make you wait although you're here for an appointment and on time. I don't usually write a review but I feel like I have to because for me when I'm looking for a place to go to for a service I rely on reviews. Now I will say the place is clean, brand new, and doesn't smell like acetone BUT here are my complaints: Now I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and the reason I went looking for a new place is because I i love designs and my place doesn't do the kind of designs I like. I went on yelp and this place had decent reviews and the IG page had good photos. The girl who did my nails did a decent job with shape and the fill in. I showed her the design I wanted and she said she could do it (I wanted a 3-D flower) now she finished the design, I'm in the dryer and I see her calculating on her phone the price and she said $55. I said $55 for what?? I was told the fill in + gel would be $28 and the designs go up to $10. Now she didn't tell me how much the design would be and I will take some of the blame because I didn't ask but also other places never charged me more than $10. So whatever I had to pay. Now my other complaint is they only take cash which should of been on their IG page, Yelp, or when I called to ask how much he should of told me. I asked if I could pay him with Apple Pay which is free and he wanted to charge me a $2 fee. Now I got my nails done 3 weeks ago and at first I sucked it up, got over why I was upset and how much I i paid but then my nail polish started chipping after 2 weeks and I always go every 4+ weeks and now I have to go get them done soon because I have two nails with huge chunks of polish missing. So I won't be going to this place anymore and if you do make sure you ask how much designs are because they switch it up. read more

Extremely disappointing. I moved from Brooklyn last January and was still doing my nails and feet there. I had not had time to go to Brooklyn so decided to try here last Friday. When I got there, I was taken in a few minutes for my pedicure which was pretty good. Now to do my nails, I waited over 2 hours. A young lady that came after me was taken before me by the owner and the young lady told her that I was before her, but I still had to wait for the owner's husband. I asked him for a gel fill in. He said they just moved to this location a week ago and he did not know where the gel builder was so he suggested some crystal powder fill in for $18. Ok, so I did it and the gel polish was an additional $10. He did a mediocre job. My polish was uneven towards my cuticles and he did not even trim my cuticles. My bill was $68. $30 for the pedicure and $10 for the gel. Not even 24 hours later, my thumb chipped and 3 more nails by Tuesday. I find this place extremely overpriced for a mediocre job. This was my first and very last time going here. I would rather pay the $20 in tolls to go to Brooklyn to my nail salon that do an amazing job on my nails and it's not $68 and they have NEVER chipped in the 16 years I've been going there. I guess that is what I get for cheating on my nail salon. Oh and had to pay $8 in parking because I spent most of my day there and sis not want a ticket. read more

So I went to this salon cause it was recommended went in for UV gel, the man did almond shape. Kid you not literally every finger was a different shape and height. The UV burned my nail bed and was in pain after. Didnt fix my cuticles or shape my actual nail. I asked him to fix some of the nails he said that my finger is the problem basically. I let it go and tried to move on but The nails were bumpy and less then a week the nails popped off. Today is New Year's Eve so I understand that it's going to be busy. They lie to you to keep from leaving then when you're finally ready to leave because the wait is too long.... but let me tell you about my experience. It's my first time here I figured I'd check out the new business. Me & my mother arrived at 10:30 am on New Year's Eve. I asked how long for manicure & pedicures. They said you can do the pedicure right now just sit right here. I said okay and have a seat to wait until they clean. I notice its 10:55 & I'm still not in the chair so I get ready to leave. Bebe runs over and says she's cleaning the chair for you now as I'm about to leave. The Woman did not wipe the chair down completely so I had to ask bebe to wipe down the arms. They sat me in the chair and I wait another 15 minutes for someone to start on my feet. The water literally got cold. My mother had to ask someone to get started on me. I was ready to leave so many times & I'm a very patient person. The woman who did my feet wiped her nose with the gloves. I didn't see any sanitization of the utensils. It's all in drawers that everyone goes in. Then the woman takes off her gloves and touched her phone then touches my feet. (Inside I'm LIVID) NOW let me get to my mother.....they started my mother 20 minutes after they started me & the woman doing her pedicure kept walking away and not telling her where she was going. I kid you not she said she was going to get the nail polish and went to do someone else's eyebrows & mustache. They preceded to start on someone else. This was suppose to be a relaxing treat for mother and it turned into a day from hell. The woman didn't even have the common courtesy to change her gloves before attempting to come back to my mother. I finished my feet but my mother didn't finish hers because the worker showed no concern for her even after we asked her politely. She even tried to argue with me. We left and my mother didn't even get polish on her feet. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. It's below the bar and I've been to some crappy places. I came here off my sister's first time recommendation but even she won't come back after the way they treated us. They're NOT practicing SAFETY CONCERNS when it comes to COVID & I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. On top of that they let customers pull their masks down. There was only a clear dollar store shower curtain separating us half way. The pedicure chairs are literally 4 inches apart. I didn't even want to get a manicure after all of this. I went to FEVER NAILS (10/10 btw). They charged me $35 for my feet with gel and $20 for my mother. I paid $55 for shitty service and sore toes. I hope they shut this place down.
