I am 8 months pregnant I came in to get a basic pedicure. The lady was so rough instead of saying or tapping my leg or foot to switch to the next one she just yanked my foot. She wasn't paying attention when she was clipping my cuticles which led them bleeding. She tried to use a pumice stone that was prev used by someone else still had dead skin on it . I went with my mother and sister expecting way better. Left my nails looking like I have had them for 2 weeks, left my cuticles looking horrid and bleeding. As for my sister, the gel wasn't left right and when she pressed down on the nail, gel started oozing out and left my sisters nails with gel on the design making it sticky, and the design looking weird. My mother's cuticles were bleeding, the nail polish wasn't placed correctly and left some blank spots. The people there didn't have the vibe we expected, some were rude, some were impatient, some didn't care, and others were just there. Visiting from NYC for work and urgently needed a gel manicure and pedicure. Walked in no appt was sitting in a chair no less than 5 minutes. The language barrier posed some challenges, yet we comprehended one another. I must admit, I was impressed with the effort put in by both hands and feet. My only issue was that when it came time to pay, they claimed their card machine was "broken" and wouldn't accept my credit card. They required me to take out cash from the ATM instead. I was in the area and looking for a nail salon that would be open late and I found them on here. When I called they said they stopped taking ppl at about 6:30, 6:45. I got there just in time, but even after me they kept taking ppl and that was past 7pm so I'm like uhhh ok I guess they just really want business. I signed in, my temperature was never taken, but I've seen others taken. I sat and waited a while, even with a lot of staff. You a required to wear a face shield even if you have a mask on, and they charge you $2 for them (however reusable), a $2 charge if you use a card, and $3 for filing off my previous gel polish from my feet. I've never been to a salon that charges for that. I got a gel mani ($25 + $8 for design) and gel pedi ($30 + $3 for gel removal). read more

This used to be a really great place not only for pedicures and SNS but waxing as well. I have been a regular customer for years up until today. I had watched the place steadily decline over the past couple of years. This place does have a really good manicurists but you have to make sure you book an appointment for them. Today, my pedicure was rushed but this is common with this one particular woman. I selected my colors and they did my toes only to get to my nails and they didn't have the color I selected to match. There was no other available color that came close to matching nor did they offer any help like offering to remove the polish off my toes to match the new selected color. They also put people ahead of me for nails that arrived after me. This has happened to me multiple times. I'm now at home redoing my pedicure to get my toes to match my nails. I had an appointment and received an SNS. They're always busy, but I receive a good service. They do a great job on my nails and it always comes out professionally done. Plus, they do not charge extra for soaking. I received a regular pedicure which was just ok. My toenails were polished/cut properly. That's the most I got out of the pedicure. Their prices are pretty reasonably too. I just wished they had a better selection of nail polish hue. They do have a good hue selection for the SNS. "She is great as well" Staff is friendly and services are always nice, I personally recommend booking and appointment in advance so you don't have to wait and run out of patience. The owner tries to do my nails over again I told her just cut them off I don't want them and she proceeds to try and do something else, I tried to leave since no one wanted to cut them off and the old guy once again starts being super disrespectful and standing in front of the door and calls me "garbage" I told them I'm not paying for a service I'm not satisfied with.... This was my first time giving this nail salon a try. The salon opens at 10am, they arrived at 1030am. No one thought to apologize for the wait. When I got in, there was a bunch of confusion going on. As the lady, whose name I wasn't able to get, started my pedicure, I realized that she didn't know what she was doing. When it came to painting my toenails, it was so lumpy and She didn't paint the corners. After multiple times of telling the owner I didn't like the job being done, she sent somebody else over to paint my toenails. I also have a cut on my skin from the poor work. I asked the owner's husband about the worker putting lotion on my feet, which is common with a leg massage in every nail salon I've ever been to when you're pedicure is complete. He told me they don't put lotion on your feet in this salon. This was unheard of and also not true because I watched another worker lotion someone's foot as she finished the pedicure. No one in this nail salon cared about good service. As I complained, she just kept repeating if I wanted to pay cash or credit. No discount was offered for the poor service and all the time wasted. I will never come back here and wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this place. If I could give zero stars, I would! read more

I walked in around 1030 because they were still closed around opening time at 10 so after getting in the chair I told the lady pedicure and asked her if they did acrylic on the toe nails because my nails were all different sizes an I wanted them a little longer an even .. after going back n forth with the lady cause I couldn't understand her only the 5$ extra for everything I asked for .. she ended up putting acrylic on just my Big toe when I wanted them all the same .. then when I ask her can she put acrylic on the rest she said my nails to short which made no sense . She gave me the impression she didn't wanna do my nails ..every time I asked her a question the lady next to her would say u sure u like it and the lady doing my nails would tell her something everytime .. i'm assuming she telling her to not offer her any more services cause lady is just rushing threw everything ! This is my go to spot. They open late and are always friendly. You never feel like they are talking about you and everyone speaks English. Pedicure chairs work and are comfy. I come during the week and normally dont have to wait. Pedicure lasts more than 2weeks. You could pay with card but there is a fee. After my initial visit, I returned twice. On the second visit, I called and made an appointment with Vincent (since he did my nails initially and I really liked his work). When I arrived to my appointment, there was someone with Vincent so I was told to wait. Approximately half an hour later, Vincent approaches me and asks me if I could get my nails done with someone else because he is going to take another 40 minutes. I had waited enough so I agreed (but I did ask him what was the point of making the appointment in the first place?!). I sat with another young lady in the salon (not sure what her name is) and got my nails. She was great (really wish I got her name). But something really weird happened. I was given the binder where they keep the gel colors and I held it on my lap since I couldn't really use my hands to look at it. Another lady working there simply snatched it from my lap without saying a word. The lady who was going my nails apologized but it was still very weird and unprofessional. But I was satisfied with the work and came back a third time. This time, I did not make an appointment and knew that I may have to wait, which I did for almost an hour. Since I had tried 2 different people and liked the work, I was willing to try someone else. I got a lady who works right by Vincent. I explained to her how I like my nails and she just kept saying "ok, I will fix them later." I asked politely various times for certain things and in the end my nails came out horrible. They were thick, clumpy, and very sloppy. Plus she just rushed through the entire process. I really do not want to return. I went in for a filling of my acrylic nails. I was immediately taken car of, but I left less than satisfied as the lady that did my nails hurt my cuticles to the point of bleeding, even after I warned her that I was in pain. One of my nails even became infected with puss after a few days where there was a cut. Luckily I was at the beach for the weekend and the salt water took care of the infection. My fingers were in pain for over a week. If that wasn't bad enough, I got gel nail polish which chipped and came off within days! I was on vacation and couldn't go anywhere to fix them so I had crappy nails for the duration of my trip. I came back to see Jojo for a full set and was initially nervous to see what the salon protocol would be due to covid19. I was really pleased to see all of the precautions that they have taken. When you walk in you have to sign in and they take your temperature. They will also provide you with a brand new face shield if you do not already come with one. (felt even safer!). From there I can see that they got new chairs for their customers and had the barriers up at each nail station. Jojo never disappoints I absolutely love my nails everytime she does them. They were also starting to clean the salon as i was the last client of the day and were sanitizing all the chairs and stations and it seems as if they had a fogger machine to further sanitize the areas. The face shield was also mine to keep to bring and wear everytime I have an appointment. I still recommend this nail salon and 100% Jojo if you ever want a full set done. read more

They made me wait 40 minutes to get a pedicure and then when one of them finished and it was my time they took somebody else and told me to wait another five more minutes. The nail technician refuse to take me because one time I asked her for a nail polish and she put the wrong color so I told her it was not the same color I asked her for. Some of them do not even speak English and just do whatever the heck they want . What I went through today was very unprofessional and I'm never coming back neither my family who originally come here to get their nails done.
