Two of them have to be kept completely out of the sight of the other. The first thing I noticed when I checked out the facility ahead of time was that there was no odor. The condos are roomy enough with toys, food bowls, litter pans and a place where the kitties and "hole" up if they so choose. The entire place was immaculate. Twilight has a large playroom full of interactive kitty toys. She treated our babies as if they were her own. She and I were disappointed that we picked them up 2 days earlier than planned. My husband and I cut our trip short (he hates Baltimore, but its my hometown). I could tell she was having such a pleasure interacting with them, but didn't have enough time to get to know Azul, who doesn't have the best disposition. I know she could have won over Azul. Twilight is caring and compassionate. Also, it didn't seem to be a problem for one of our cats, Boy, who likes the great outdoors. You will have the satisfaction of knowing that your cat(s) are safe, happy and loved while you are away. I was able to leave "messages" for them as Twilight leaves the answering machine in the condo area so the cats can hear your voice. She probably had to wear earplugs when I belted out the songs I made up for each kitty. I absolutely, positively without any reservations whatsoever recommend boarding your kitty(ies) at the Cat Nap Inn.

We called and inquired about leaving our 2 dogs for a week. The owner invited us to come and…read moreinspect the location, and bring the dogs so that everyone could become acquainted. We found the facility to be very clean and well appointed. The dogs are allowed to play all day in an outdoor common area, and then have individual kennels for sleeping. Our 2 dogs were able to share a kennel. After inspecting the premises, the owner suggested we leave our 2 dogs for a complimentary "play date", so that everyone, dogs and attendees could become comfortable. All of the people we met here were obviously dog and other animal lovers. We picked our dogs up from the play date, and a few days later went to drop them off for a week. As soon as we pulled in the parking area, the dogs began to whine with excitement. They remembered their play date, and were glad to be back! We rarely leave our dogs behind when traveling, so they were not accustomed to being kenneled in a new environment. We were so pleased when we picked them up, to squeals of happiness. Over the next several days it was obvious that our dogs had received excellent care, and lots of attention during their stay. Our big Golden Retriever has a new habit of rolling over for you to scratch his stomach, the moment you give him any attention. Obviously he got a lot of attention and affection during his stay. It's nice to know that Precious Pets has such exceptional care for pets, and is so conveniently located. We will have no hesitation about entrusting our animals to their care in the future!

Have been bringing my pup back every since and she just loves the staff and the other dogs to play with. She gets a terrific workout and naptime so when I pick her up she is all played out and just cannot wait to go back. Great place for working people who want their dogs to have a good day instead of sitting home alone. Prices are terrific but most importantly it is knowing that my pup is safe and happy and in great hands. Truly recommend this place for working dog owners or just to give your dog a play date to socialize.

Melanie's been watching my three dogs for years and I've always praised and bragged about how she…read moreinteracts with my GS who was once told that she's too vicious to keep and that I should get rid of her from day one Melanie has not only bonded with my dog echo, but broke through the wall of fear that my dog has. she was able to not only be become her friend, but someone that echo trusted and respected and accepted which I've known from day one but this past stay with Melanie last week was exceptional as usual. She responded very well with Melanie and I would watch on the camera in the cabins that they stay in and I would watch echo Wag tail when Melanie came in run over to her like it was me. if that wasn't enough the day we came home I can't drive so Melanie offered to help Eddie. Bring the three dogs to my house and she wanted to come in the house with echo. I can't lie. I was very nervous and scared because echoes always territorial in her house. At least that's what we were led to believe. When she arrived to the house, she took echo out of the car and walked her in the house sat down in my living room told echo to sit down. Echo sat down. She gave echo a hug. She called me into the living room. I was afraid to come in the living room because I was always told that she's jealous of anybody around me or Eddie when I came into the living room. She stayed with Melanie didn't do anything. Didn't bark didn't show any fear, aggression or jealousy. she just stayed there with Melanie and Eddie was there and I was there and everything was extremely calm like Melanie lived there. I've learned a lot today that my dog is not aggressive. She's a good dog as Melanie says she's scared, but she's very good and she just needs people to understand her and not show her fear. I will never forget this and I will always be grateful to Melanie and I'm so grateful that we found her She also has ring doorbell set up for each cabin inside and out, so you can watch your dogs as she watches them to give you a peace of mind. It's a wonderful set up and it's amazing how it is set up each dog has their own little house their own yard it's not boring there. They can look at the pig and the goats. It's simply amazing. My dogs actually feel like they're going on vacation and it proved that this time around thank you Melanie. Thank you for everything. 5 STARS

There is a dirt... it's out in the country and the dogs have allot of space to run around. Mel matched our previously attacked puppy with a senior dobie mix and she said they did great together. We felt that Mona was in great hands and Helped ease any fears of dropping off our fur baby for the first time using overnight boarding. When In the area, I can see us visiting her in the future. Teagan wears many hats not only does she groom all types of dogs big and small and also I was amazed that she also home schools her 4 children. as for the children all 4 of them help with cleaning the facility and helps with obedience training. Devin is amazing with his patience and has a tremendous passion for giving 500 percent in his Obedience training he treats every dog like his own and always no matter how long it takes for his pup in training he never gives up he allways walks away with a win. I had bought a Decker rat terrior her name is Sadie I had no idea how strong minded and smart this breed was . I took my Sadie to him for training and he taught me so much more that I had in the past with my other 2 dogs . Also we have taken Sadie to his day classes and boarded her several times.
