I brought a stray cat I named Purrcy to Bushnell Animal Clinic, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment the very same day I called, which was such a relief. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the manager named Tammy. Diane quickly brought us into an exam room and offered me a bottle of water. She was so friendly and efficient, and so kind and gentle with Purrcy. Dr. Hart examined him thoroughly and diagnosed an ear infection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and outlined a treatment plan with several options. I never felt pressured to run extra tests or select the priciest option. I was not rushed, and it was obvious that Purrcy's comfort and well-being were a priority. Another vet tech named Jamie stopped into the room to introduce herself and see if I needed anything else. The entire team showed genuine compassion and professionalism. I really liked the re-cap sheet they sent me home with. It stated everything that was done and the medications given in the office. It included clear instructions for at-home care that I could refer to and share with my husband. Thanks to Bushnell Animal Clinic, Purrcy is already on the road to feeling better. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care at a reasonable price. read more

I have been doing business here for over a decade. Unfortunately Dr. Munger retired and the new guy, well, let's just say "good luck to him." I went in to buy dog food and was told they were out of it and couldn't get it for a week but to go on to Chewey.com to order it and they would approve it. So I did as they advised and opened a Chewey account even though I didn't want one. I ordered the food and 3 days later got a message from Chewey that the order was declined by the vet. From my perspective it looks like they don't know what they are doing and they didn't keep their word. I ended up going to the vet at Jumper Creek to get my dogfood. I'll be doing business there from now on. read more

I think Doc Munger is probably one of the most understanding veterinarians I've ever dealt with. He tells it like it is he doesn't mince words he doesn't do anything more than he thinks needed for the dog. I really do appreciate him. My daughter also has dogs and cats that she takes to him He is one of the best. read more

I have been taking my dog there from the time he was born. The place is not fancy but that is why you don't have to pay an arm and leg for service. I have the most confidence in the vet as he is straight and to the point about caring for your animal. I Drive 45 miles to have this vet and staff care for my dog. read more

We took our dog to see Dr Mounger while we were staying in the area for a few weeks. He was not getting better from what was diagnosed as "probably a pulled muscle" from another vet. The staff were wonderful and caring and the doc was very straight forward and honest with us. He diagnosed a rare, aggressive form of cancer - that had unfortunately spread too far. They were very compassionate and offered help to find cancer care for our when we went back home. If we lived in the area we would definitely take our animals there. read more

Dr Monger is amazing. My family has gone to him since 2004. I would not go to him if you expect him to candy coat anything or kiss your butt telling you what you want to hear. He says it like he sees it. He has saved more than one of my animals and rescues, one he even prepared me that she had a small chance of making it. She did and we named her angel. He will go the extra mile to help your pets. I made the mistake of seeing a "closer" vet and spent half the day thinking I had to put a cat down today. Doc made time for me and and my cat is now perfectly fine. I will never make the mistake of seeing another vet again read more

We were in Bushnell for the winter and our dog got sick so we called here. Although the staff was very nice I did not care for the Dr. at all. He didn't listen to what we were telling him and he didn't even look at us. I would not recommend this place. read more

I would not recommend this clinic whatsoever. They LECTURED my husband on OUR choices of medications for our dogs. We had fallen on hard times and our dog was itchy so we took him in. He was behind on vaccines/shots. Right off the get go our dog growled at them. HE HAS NEVER, NOT ONCE growled at the staff at the other clinic we use to go to. So they put him in a muzzle. The dr came in and without our consent was going to administer vaccines. My husband told him absolutely not. The nurse ended up taking the muzzle off seeing he was a scared, not aggressive dog. While the dr continued to put his two cents in where they did not belong. Very pushy & rude. The nurses were nice. The vet was dr.mounger. read more

Admittedly, my contact with the doctor has been very limited; however, I am a huge fan of the staff. I board my girl there quite often, and I'm not sure if they're happier to see her or if she's happier to see them. Their rates are reasonable and my girl Sydney, always comes home with a smile! Please for the sake of your dog, do not go here. Very unprofessional staff. The receptionist gives you medical advice more than the doctor.(are you kidding me) No wonder this place is so cheap. I have been trying to resolve a medical issue for my dog over a year, and the care they are giving me is getting nowhere (but they are happy to take my money) They offer Dog Training and the trainer did not even show up the first day. He then stated he would not give me a refund after I asked for my money back. I was also insulted by this comment, and I quote, " When I first met your dog he was all over the place, it was embarrassing me as a trainer" (unquote) How does one offer a service, doesn't show up, and then tells you too bad-no refunds? Then insults you because your dog is not-trained? What kinda planet are these people on? What the heck do you think I wanted to pay for training for? I look at it this way, your customers are your number one priority and if you have a business, you should offer the best value-added service possible. I am a business graduate, and I have never seen such unprofessional services in my life. There is another clinic around the corner-Jumper Creek I went there when I first moved to Bushnell. He treated my dog to the fullest extent-and his condition was resolved. I could kick myself in the buttocks for not continuing services there. It actually cost me more money due to the numerous times I had to keep bringing my dog back with no results. I do not post much, however I feel for my dog's sake, that the public should know my experience, and that they do have other choices. I thank you, so does my dog that I love very much.
