I am writing this to express my concern about the Shahin tours which was promoted on the ITN…read morenetwork by Shahin Jamei, one of the main reporters on this network. The advertisement was deceptive and misleading. I paid this tour for 11 days package including air, accommodation, food, transportation and entertainment in South of France and Italy starting from 10/27/2024 through 11/6/2024. Mr, Shahin Jamei, the owner of the Shahin tour was very disorganized. His lack of knowledge about the destination locations and lack of commitment was baffling. His behavior caused me tremendous amount of distress. ITN should pay more attention for the broadcast of the advertisement that airs on their station. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this tour.

I started calling them one month after I paid for it; all they said was to wait; it is being programmed and will be ready soon! After 6 months lying to me, I was told that if I pay $100 more, I would get a better/bigger tablet. I told them I wanted the original tablet. And they simply said they do not have them anymore. Then I asked for the refund, they told me I will never get that money back. I filed a legal case against them and it's in process. Stay away from these people. They are there to take your money ONLY! There is absolutely no guarantee, liability, or insurance that you will get what you pay for. I feel really bad for people who fall for their lies. This business should not exist in USA. I don't know how they are still operating and not in prison.

He genuinely cares for his staff and wants them to be successful. Deborah, the operational director has different responsibilities within the company. She is not directly involved with ABA therapy but she is of great support to staff. She may not come and ask you directly how you are doing, but if you ask for her help/expertise she will give it to you sincerely and at 100%. Above all, this company cares for the children they serve. They do not seem to be in this business for the money but to actually help these kiddos and their families. I highly recommend this agency.
