I wish I could give it less than 1 star. I bought my license from Khosro years back and now you cannot even find him. All communications are through text and answered by bunch rude people. My Roku has gone bad and they are charging me $69 each time to set it on the new device. Imagine if you buy microsoft windows and you had to pay every time you transfer your licensee to new computer. This is a horrific company with horrific service. I am quite technical and have run streaming services previously. I called them about addressing the buffering and bad picture quality for their TVBOXHD. Before I could even explain the problem they immediately told me that its my problem and that I do not have enough bandwidth. Well I have 1 Gigabit/sec bandwidth and by many measurement techniques I easily get over 400 gigabit/sec at any time of the day. The condecending guy Motarjemi told me that he is and expert and becuase of that they know what htey are doing and us customers do not know what we are talking about and that he cannot help. Their box is outdated and not technically sound. They just sell you a box and promise no additonal cost but dont mention that they will not provide support. They just want to make a fast buck in the beginning and becuase they make no more subscritpion revenue they just dont care. You willbe wasting your money buying or using their service. You have to leave a massage and then they text you and that's how they communicate with so. This is their technical support. No customer service. This box (TV Box) has been one heck of a box with plenty of hiccups I have been onto their staff for several years for correcting issues. They have continuously stirred away in fixing the problem with their system and claim us to have lower speed than necessary. I had a technician from the ISP company come in and increase my speed from 80-90Mbps to 150Mbps, just to see if TVBOX would stop from freezing. The temporary upgrade did not affect the TVBOX's ability to correct itself. I have done all I can with this box (Tornado55 HD) to correct it. The staff at TVBOX, despite reaching out to them for a real solution, keeps pointing to my low speed. My speed tests through several speed tests show and prove speeds way above and beyond TVBOX's minimum requirements. With a technician here, measuring the speed and upgrading it still no help. I am beginning to conclude that TVBOX fails to deliver. Many channels still freeze, some show a blank dark screen, some with the dark screen and sound in the background, some with the screen showing and background music playing while the actors speech is silenced!, some freeze completely and one has to disconnect the box from the power and reconnect to power again to restore service. Some channels show well without any issues. The choice of channels are good; however, many are not able to perform as stated in this report. Should you buy this service, assure a warranty of quality with it, otherwise, refrain in purchasing this system. I believe they are putting more food in their mouth than they can chew, and you are paying for it. read more
