I cannot tell you how fantastic the Lamb Burger was--the meat was so tender, the burger literally melted in my mouth. I'm not much of a beetroot eater (and I'm told this is a common topping in Australian and New Zealand burgers), but it was different in a good way. They were hot and fresh when it came to our table and the chunky portions were more than generous.
