They were here the entire day, measuring my irregular block and area. They were so very nice, and very diligent with their accuracy, marking the areas they were able to mark, along with verifying the existing, and very old, markers on the sidewalk. I even found out that my neighbor has about 1/2 a foot of my property in the back, and 13inches in the front. It is a great relief to know where my property lines truly are. GMON did a fantastic job. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. In almost 20 years of renting in LA, I've never been asked for tax returns -- not even when I bought a property. This is ridiculous. Extremely rude, invasive, and discriminatory. They're clearly looking for any reason to reject people. Complete waste of time. Stay away.
