There are enough other businesses you shouldn't have to play games of find the On reflection what I didn't like what she did/didn't do for that price point. 1-only communicated in text or email. Didn't even talk on the phone despite my calling.. 2-Didn't inspect the home. For that price point she should do that. 3-The big one is there was no network, just posted our application on indeed. That was a what the moment for me. In another review complaining about the same thing she replies saying they use multiple resources- I never saw any evidence. And my nanny applied through the indeed posting. 4- Since then I learned there are actual nanny agencies that do payroll and insure Nannie's in house (Jovie). They don't even do that- just refer to a third party and aren't even involved in the setup.

I can't enough good things about Steve and his team! My wife and unborn daughter were in a car wreck a little over two years ago and it resulted in an overnight stay at the hospital. There was also a scare that our daughter would need to be delivered three months early as a result. thankfully everything turned out ok and we were able to go home but dealing with insurance companies sounded like a nightmare to me. Thankfully, we were referred to Steve and his team. After we were home again, Steve met us for coffee, talked us through the process of handling the claim and then took over from there. I didn't have to interface with insurance companies or spend my time away from my family to deal with the claim process. Steve took care of everything. Steve has been helping me with my case for over a year! I was hit by a drunk driver in June of 2017 and suffered numerous injuries that still effect my life an likely will for the rest of it. The other driver had only minimal insurance as did I. Do not waste your time! I tried to use this firm, horrible service and contact. If you want to contact an attorney you get a paralegal that will tell you over and over they can't give legal advice.... no kidding that's why I hired an attorney! Then they tell me my case is worth 1500$. I fire them and get a bill for close to 5k, do the math. 4,842.79 out of $1,500.00... They told me they really hadn't done much when I fired them. I brought up a safety concerned and I got fired the next day at irg physical therapy gateway. They even promised to work with me on my report but a manager the next morning gave word to fire me the next morning. I also found out they have been lying about why I got fired. Again, someone needs to supervise intake specialist because the final word needs to come from a lawyer not a non licensed individual!
