The inside has such a cool relaxed music studio vibe, I think I spent most of the time walking around and checking everything out from the different rooms to all of the awesome artwork on the walls. I even love their giant wall where all the kids sign and doodle on it! When we arrived, one of the owners welcomed us and gave us a tour. I love that they have glass doors so you can see other students practicing everything from drums, to bass, to singing! As much as you'd think all of the noise could be a bit much, I actually found it relaxing and liked hearing all the different instruments. My daughter's singing coach (Cale) was very patient and kind and she left even more excited to join than when we arrived. When we left, the receptionist gave us a flyer with the pricing and class options for my daughter's age - I thought it was a bit steep at first, but it includes 8 classes a month - 2 a week - 1 one on one session for 30 minutes and 1 group lesson for an hour and a half. Everyone there was so nice and you can tell the coaches/teachers love their job and what they can offer to these kids! The coaches offer everything from bass, guitar, drum, singing, and even keyboard/piano. They also offer summer camps, workshops and they even have the kids put on concerts! We will definitely be joining soon and I can't wait to see where School of Rock takes my daughter's confidence! Check them out!

Not only did Ms. Debbie provide amazing foundational skills in music reading, piano repertoire skills, and overall playing skills, but more importantly, she made me love music and playing piano. She prepared me amazingly for the MTAC's Certificate of Merit piano testing from Levels 2 to the advanced level (Level 10), resulting in outstanding performances in all of the levels I participated in! More than anything though, Ms. Debbie instilled the discipline of practice, a keen eye for detail, and musical expression that very few teachers would be able to inspire in students. Poor customer service. I took an instrument to them to be repaired, called them 6 weeks later and…read morethey did not know where my instrument was. Megan said they would call me back. I called them back later that day and the next day, the manager did not bother to get on the phone with me but was relaying messages to Megan on the phone. They assured me they would be calling me back. The next day. I received a text message letting me know it would be six more weeks and the manager would update me. I had yet to talk to a manager or receive an apology. I texted back that it was unacceptable since they already had it 6 weeks and they lost it. They said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Two weeks later I was informed the manager would be picking up the instrument and would contact me. A week later Gabe contacted me and was very apologetic for the situation. This was the first apology that I had received. Gabe is the reason this review got one star. He went above and beyond to apologize, communicate and called me more than once. I did get the instrument back. However, when I went to go pick it up, Megan acted like she did not want to help me or recognize that I was in the store. I paid over $300 to have the instrument fixed and my daughter informed me not all the pads were replaced. Very disappointed in this music store and the customer service received. I will be using a different music store in the future

I'm not at all commenting about the likely wonderful work and repairs. I was hoping to get advice on what to look for in a violin. What wood, what features, what to avoid, what separates price points. I did say that as well. I was shown a violin and told that it was $560. Ok. Then I was shown one that was $720. Then 2 more in about the $1.500 range. Oooook, sooooo..... What was special? What are the differences? No information offered. I went in looking to walk out with a violin. Just ended up walking out. Disappointed for having driven in traffic to be there at a quiet time. I guess it's online for me, as much as I prefer shopping locally. Was it my sweatpants? Maybe I didn't look the part.
