My sister had developed some brown spots on her back, along with a small skin lesion on the side of her nose and a larger wort type growth on her forearm. She hates going to doctors, especially for every little thing. Our sister who has assisted her with care since she lost her husband 4 yrs ago, said she was concerned about some of the areas and we should really get them looked at soon. Her nurse practitioner recommended she go to a dermatologist because some looked concerning. I tried to get an appointment for her but had very little luck since the few dermatologists in the area were not able to see her for 4-6 months. A relative recommended Rash Decisions and Dr. Marchand. She drives from her Dallas office to her Beaumont office a couple of days a month. Her website gave me a clear list of services up front, including the cost for a full body skin cancer check, which was what she needed. I was lucky enough to get an appointment for her the following weekend, when the Doctor happened to be in town. My sister has a very low tolerance for pain, but Dr. Marchand was very understanding and gentle. I feel like she took her time and was not rushed and fully explained every concern we had. She reassured us that the moles and brown spots were normal part of aging for some people. She removed the two areas her doctor's office was concerned about. They were sent to pathology to be checked further (with her insurance covering that part). My sister said she felt like she was in good hands the whole time and we were glad she didn't have to wait 4 or more months to be seen. We are so happy to have found Rash Decisions and highly recommend Dr. Marchand, especially If you don't want to wait 6 months and are concerned about skin cancer or you need to get in to see a dermatologist quickly, for any dermatology services. However when I arrived at 115, not only was I not on the list, but I was not permitted to go upstairs and purchase the expensive item I needed AND the office staff was IN THE OFFICE. UPDATE! I received a phone call from Dr. Marchand's office very apologetic for the mixup. I received erroneous information from someone on staff. The office made amends that greatly benefitted me and I am satisfied.

I am now in the process of trying to go see a specialist in Houston because the Dr here don't seem to really want to listen to what I have to tell them. I have had so many test done on my eyes and asked him to get them from my other Dr in Las Vegas and he straightened out said no I don't need them it's just allergies. I left there broken hearted and with still infected eyes and when I told him I was out of the drops that normally help he just brushed it off. So my primary care Dr. Does listen and he sent a script in so I could get them. Maybe don't be so cocky and listen to your patients. Just take the time to act like you care.

I came to Dr Moliver after my 18 year old implants ( done with another physician) needed…read morereplacement. I had one that had ruptured and was extremely saggy. I felt that the office got me in quickly and scheduled my surgery in a timely manner which was important to me. I opted for saltine implants again. Going in, I had assumed due to me being in my forties with implants for years that I would require a lift as well. Dr Moliver was honest with me and said that my breasts look natural and a lift was not necessary unless I wanted a more " va va voom " ( my words not his) look. The natural look was fine with me since it's what I was use to seeing myself as. He could have " upsold" me but did not. I am a nurse for many years and I was probably more nervous that the average patient for the operation. It was easy. They made it fun. The OR nurses/ staff were great and helped me feel very comfortable. Afterwards they do not prescribe narcotics. I woke up with a supportive bra on and was on my way to get celebrex, gabapentin and Tylenol. My previous surgery I was given narcotics so I was nervous about the pain I would be in. It was tolerable. The snow storm of Houston occurred just a few days later ( 4) and I had no choice but to have to go in to work because I am part of the disaster team. I went in so I wouldn't lose my job and I was able to work with minimal discomfort. I am glad that I chose Dr Moliver. My breasts look really nice now.
