Floors were messed up, paint was messed up, we found a dirty sock under the bed in the master bedroom, yard wasn't maintained, etc. We purchased a home and moved out prior to the end of lease and paid a company to clean the house and get everything to a state of cleanliness better than how we received it. Candance Griffith walked thought the home and sent us a list of deficiencies. My family and I went to the home and fixed the deficiencies, sending Candance photos to show what was done. The house was absolutely in better shape than how we received it, and this is coming from a Senior Leader from the 82nd Airborne Division with two decades of service during a time of war. When it was time to receive out $2200 deposit, we received $1230. Apparently they paid a company over $500 to clean a house that was cleaned???!!! It is what it is though. Just wanted to verbalize my experience with this property management company. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Gave me the number for the cleaners who gave me the run-around, and I finally cleaned myself. Previous tenant was there for FIVE YEARS AND IT WAS NEVER PAINTED. The carbon monoxide detector fell off the wall; The doorbell was broken; After paying my rent months in advance, never causing an issue; they kept over 800$ of my security deposit for all the repairs they didn't do when I moved in. Then threaten me that if I post a review they will twist it and make me look like it is all my fault. DONT RENT FROM THEM. THEY ARE SNEAKY WITH "WELL YOU SIGNED THE PAPER THAT SAID" ..... I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL THE DIRT!!!
