I went to United cycles in Beckley and was looking at some of their used machines saw a Honda talon…read morewas told by the salesman they was working a deal with somebody else but then they came and told me they could work with me because the deal fell through we worked out a complete deal with the finance company with a down payment after I was shown on the computer what the down payment was and the dealer fees on a used machine and the deal was done I was told to go out and check the machine out while the salesman went and spoke to the finance manager and miraculously when the salesman came back on they tacked on another $1,000 on the down payment that did not come off of the price of the machine nor lower the payment I walked out and drove to lockers Kawasaki and flatwoods and got there at closing time and ended up purchasing a used Can-Am X3 with no dealer fees and they even put a new belt on it for free semi future business will be going to lockers Kawasaki in flatwoods United cycles had the machine sold to me and I was ready to commit to buying that being greedy and trying to upcharge me $1,000 cost them the sale and a bad review

Parts dealers are supposed to know what they're selling and be willing to talk about them.these…read moreemployees seem to feel superior to they're customers and the same time know nothing about what they sell not have any interest in it.ive always been someone that notices details when you think I'm not paying attention.ive shopped at this location for over 20 years.im trying to explain to the guy what a valve seal is and looks like.all the same time explaining how universal they can be so I was hoping to find them somewhere in stock.along with carb jets that bubs used to have right on the counter.i realize the guys making eye contact with his counterpart.giving him why me eyes.i realize the douche isn't interested finally talk him into finding me 2 6 dollar seals..it's been 2 weeks for something to be shipped from Indiana.instead of finishing up and selling this bike..I'm sitting here complaining.if I ever manage to get my seals I won't be back.
