Purchased a groupon for full highlights, color and condition and style. My daughter got a…read moremani-pedi at the same time. Going in, my hair was a side part, one length and no layers. I asked for long layers and some highlights to brighten it up a bit. Leaving, I had three choppy layers, the hair was cut in the center, and the side layer was higher than my left year when I combed it over to the side. The stylist told me "dont freak out, Im cutting it for center, even tho you have a side part". The highlights were layered in in sheets, leaving me with vertical stripes, in addition, she must have run out of color, because the entire bottom layer was left as it was. Color selection for highlights was VERY different from my hair color. Long story short, my savings of $50 has cost me OVER $600 to fix, between color correction and cuts. It has taken me three weeks to be able to write this review without crying.

She really listens and takes the time to get it right! Highlights can be so tricky and she made sure to keep them away from my roots, as requested, and added a glaze at the end to tone them down. The results are amazingly natural! I chose to show a picture with my hair up because highlights are so different when they are pulled back and you can see they are very subtle. 110% would recommend Hair Flair because of Brenda.
