Leaving, I had three choppy layers, the hair was cut in the center, and the side layer was higher than my left year when I combed it over to the side. The stylist told me "dont freak out, Im cutting it for center, even tho you have a side part". The highlights were layered in in sheets, leaving me with vertical stripes, in addition, she must have run out of color, because the entire bottom layer was left as it was. Color selection for highlights was VERY different from my hair color. Long story short, my savings of $50 has cost me OVER $600 to fix, between color correction and cuts. It has taken me three weeks to be able to write this review without crying.

What is abundantly clear, is that you are refusing to hold yourself accountable and failing to take responsibility for initially informing me (by your own admission) that you did have availability last evening to have a brief planned discussion about important questions very personal to my eye brow waxing experiences until at the last minute it was decided it was no longer convenient for you. I was already planning to cancel the appointment as I was indirectly sensing a lack of motivation and effort on your part to engage with me as a potential customer.
