My niece ordered flowers for my mom from Becks and they are beautiful! They are lasting so long. I've never had flowers last this long. Delivered on 1/16 and still look great on the 27th! The picture doesn't look as nice as the flowers in person. read more

We ordered flowers for a Memorial Service for my 98 year old Aunt, and the flowers never showed. No contact. I called but they close at noon on Saturday and the flowers should have been delivered before noon. There is not an email listed anywhere. They took my money, quite a lot of it, and are MIA. This has been a HUGE disappointment for our entire family as we live out of state and could not attend. My 88 year old Mom was in tears that her tribute to her sister never showed up. I wasn't at home for the delivery of sympathy flowers and so called Beck's florist at the number left on the notice. The woman who answered the phone was short and abrupt with me throughout our conversation. For example, when she told me that the arrangement would be re-delivered the next day, I asked about the time. Seemingly annoyed, the woman (who turned out to be the manager, actually) told me that they were slammed with holiday deliveries and that there was no way she could give me any time estimate for my delivery. Every part of our conversation seemed to be an inconvenience for her, and the fact that I was expecting a sympathy arrangement warranted not the least bit of compassion in language or tone. If you're looking to be treated kindly and respectfully by your florist, you should go somewhere else. read more

I received excellent customer service. I placed an order online Thursday night to be delivered next day. My flowers arrived to their destination with no problem and looked beautiful. I called to check the status of the delivery before I realized it had been delivered and I was given excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again. read more

As soon as I walked in the door someone came to greet me and find out the occasion. The lady didn't even bat an eye when I said they were for my girlfriend, but then again I bet most of you didn't know I was a girl did ya? :) She showed me a couple arrangements in the case out front or said I was welcome to look in back or they could create something for me. I had no problem finding something gorgeous in the front case. They got me set up in no time for delivery. For 60 bucks I got a huge beautiful bouquet. The young man who helped set up our wedding flower consultation had given us great hope that we would love working with them for my Daughters wedding .He was a very pleasant polite man . unfortunately he was the only pleasant polite person there . I ordered two floral arrangements to be sent to my mother and my sister. I choose an arrangement that was featured on their website which was named "Fashionista Blooms". I was told at the time that I place my order that their Gerbera Daisy's were the full size not the petite which were shown in the photo. I was told that they could make the arrangement with the full size and I agreed to that. What was sent to my mom and sister did not look like the arrangement that I had ordered! There were no hydrangea visible, large roses were used in place of the smaller version that were shown in the photo. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I phoned the florist and spoke to the manager Gay ~ she told me that she was the one who had made the arrangements. When I told her I was disappointed in how they looked, she said that they looked like the photo and when someone takes a photo at home, it is hard to get the full effect of the flowers due to angles, etc. I told her that there were no hydrangea, she informed me that the arrangement was made with the hydrangea first followed by flowers being added as another layer. NOT LIKE THE PHOTO.....again!!! I was told there would not be any adjustment in what I was being charged for the arrangements. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN! DON"T BELIEVE THAT WHAT YOU SELECT FROM THE FEATURED PHOTO'S WILL BE WHAT IS DELIVERED!! read more

I sent flowers to my lovely wife for our anniversary on Friday. They were beautiful! The folks at the store were very helpful and friendly. I must admit, that I don;t review as often as I should, and it seems to me that after reading the reviews that only the mad people review, and it skews all the good stuff. I don't judge based on past experiences of others, only how wonderful I was treated and how pretty my wifes flowers were! Flowers were ordered Friday 1/5/17 for my daughter's memorial service. I was told flowers were not delivered on Sunday but would be delivered to East Lawn Memorial funeral home on Saturday. We chose a large display, my son & family chose an equally large display and her sister chose a large basket of flowers Her friend also chose a display All were ordered from Becks Family Florist, some thru an 800 service . On Sunday at the funeral home all of the family gathered, none of the flowers were delivered. We are devastated. Upon calling the florist today, were told the delivery guy did not deliver them. This is totally inexcusable. read more

On previous review I am the niece who received the flowers and spoke to the owner!!! It was the owner not a manager the actual owner who insisted on me giving back the flowers and I still have not received my new flowers!!!!! Please people do not ever give your money to this company. HORRIBLE! My niece received a bouquet of flowers after receiviing a life-altering medical diagnosis. She posted a picture on facebook to share the lovely gesture her sister had made in an attempt to cheer her up. Her sister noticed that the picture did not look like the floral arrangement she ordered online, so she called customer service and complained. Unbeknownst to my niece, the driver from Beck's arrived at her door to say he needed to pick up the flowers before she would receive the new bouqet. Adding insult to injury, he took the flowers from her without even having the new floral arrangement. The driver was kind enough to call his boss to let them know how upset my niece was that they were taking the flowers away, which had been a bright spot in an otherwise tragic week. Beck's had zero compassion, and proceeded to take the flowers. Decent Humanity over the almighty dollar?-not here folks. Satisfaction Guaranteed?- not here folks The Customer is always right?-not here folks Customer Service-F Product-F Please put your family or friend in the position my niece was in, and imagine your sick relative answering the door and being told they have to give back the flowers. Flabbergasting! Many florists can make a beautiful floral arrangement. But, if you value personal compassion and human dignity in the company you invest your dollars in, then please do not reward Beck"s for their inhumane treatment. read more
