This past Mother's Day was very revealing - I received the worst flower arrangement I have ever received in my whole life, literally. I feel terrible that my young son had to pay that much for an extremely substandard product - horrible actually. Too much to explain here about what was wrong about it - so sad that this is what Forget Me Not as become. I realize that Mother's Day is a busy and challenging time, but your recipients are mothers and deserving of better. I would not recommend this business; it has been a slow decline over the years.

What was delivered was completely different and charged at the very top of my budget, not what had been presented. After multiple calls trying to resolve it and a specific request to leave the recipient out of the situation, they made the astonishing decision to return to the recipient's home, remove the arrangement, and issue a full refund. I can accept a disappointing arrangement. I cannot accept poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and repeated bad judgment. One of the strangest customer experiences I've had. I won't be back.
