We both just drank water and the price for our meals came out to $43.68 which included an odd $1.38 service fee before tip. It totally isn't fair to compare other places to New Orleans but that is my point of reference and I have to say this area is really a food desert compared to The Greater New Orleans area and Acadiana. I had never heard of this spot so I was excited to sample some good burger options. Bull Pen Grill is located in Mize, MS right off the rood at 508 HWY 28 West. This is a small little spot in a rural area that would be very easy to miss if you didn't know it was there so you probably need to put in driving directions in your cell phone to make sure to find this spot. It is a small place and it is very popular with locals so it can fill up fast so you might also want to call ahead to see how crowded it is.
