Hate this bank and location. My auto loan is through them and I can't wait to have it paid off so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I can't set up an online profile to pay my car payment through the app because I don't have an actual bank account with them. Any time I go into the branch the line is almost through the front door which is about a 30 min wait every time before you see the teller. Same with drive through. Never seems like they have enough staff working or working faster for the volume of people they see. Will never deal with this place again once my load is done! But until I can man up and close my account in HI, I choose to do banking here at Becu. They are professional, quick, and always have great customer service. This review is for BECU business banking in general and not for any branch. BECU is "OK" for personal banking, although they will not let you see photos of your checks older than 6 months. You have to request them and sometimes they will charge you for them. The review is particularly about BECU business banking. They are free, but for a business like mine with several hundred thousand dollars in a business savings and checking account, they make their money by not paying any interest to me. What I want in return is business class banking and services, which is beyond BECU. Similar to personal banking, check images are archived 6 months after cashed. In a business, you need to have access to them forever. They are electronic images anyway so why should them archive them and not make them available for you? I recently needed several check images for my PPP forgiveness and found out I had a long wait to receive them. I call my other business bank and punch in the number for business banking. They have a separate phone bank dedicated for their business customers. With BECU, a business is piled in with a simple saving account customer and you get on the same queue. I've been on hold with BECU to speak to an agent about a business credit card matter for over 35 minutes in each of three separate attempts, and I had to hang up because I'm just too busy and receiving other calls. This is what a business member is. If BECU values their business, they will dedicate special services for them. Here's another one. My business credit card did not arrive two weeks after it was sent by US mail (supposedly). So finally when I got ahold of someone, they said they could expedite ship a new card and it would arrive within three business days, and someone has to sign for it. I said fine, once you give me a tracking number, I can coordinate with the delivery window and make sure someone can sign. But NOOOO! BECU doesn't send you tracking information. They said I'd have to call in three days to get the tracking number once it is shipped. I said I do not have that much time to call and stay on hold in a queue to get my tracking number. (They do not email it to you.) So that means someone would have to be in the house for two or three days, all day long, not knowing what day, what time-frame the FedEx guy will show up. Oh, well, I guess it will go back to FedEx and I have to drive there to pick it up. So much for BECU business banking services... Here's what BECU should do for their business customers: 1. Have a dedicated phone support staff 2. Have a designated business customer staff member at each branch who would take in money (change as well as bills) for daily or weekly deposits. The fact that their ATM doesn't take change, and no more than 30 bills at a time, is not conducive to businesses depositing daily money. 3. Get on with the times and provide cashed check images forever, both on the PC and on the phone 4. Stop the app from crashing when searching for a check number or an exact amount paid. (I have worked with their tech support on this issue for a long time before I gave up. They don't test these things, or they don't have the know-how to fix it) 5. Correctly scan checks to be paid. I wrote a check for $283.71 a couple of years ago (Yes, I have it documented), and BECU took $703.21 from my account. When I called, they said "OOPS, it was a scanning error" and corrected it. Really? If I had not caught it, it would have cost me over $400. I write close to 100 checks a month and that was a lucky catch. BECU should stop offering business banking at its current capabilities. read more

Terrible customer service at this location. Was left waiting for a new debit card to be printed and the staff actually FORGOT to bring it to me when it was done [it only takes a couple minutes]. I was just a few feet away in the waiting area, I had to get back into line and ask what was going on after an unusually long wait of 20 minutes and seeing the employee was not busy helping anyone else. Wasting a customer's time like that is unprofessional and unexcusable. read more

My fiancé and I are getting married in a few months and wanted to get pre approved for a home loan. My fiancé is a delivery driver and I am a self employed cosmetologist as of 1 year and together we make good money for just being 20 years old and starting our careers. This is the closest BECU location to us and it took us about 40 minutes to get there and about 15 minutes of waiting to be seen. When we finally were seated to talk to the loan advisor we could smell that she reeked of cigarettes. She didn't ask us how our day was or anything she just immediately started pushing questions on us about our income and how much we make. I felt very rushed but went along with it because I was just excited to be there. I quickly realized that I had made a mistake going there because she would ask us questions about our jobs and how much we would make and would just stare at us like we were children. Yes we are only 20 but we are very responsible and successful 20 year olds that can afford to buy a home. We have a down payment and everything. I didn't know you had to be self employed for at least 2 years in order to qualify for a home loan but she just said "yeah you can't get a home loan" and I felt embarrassed at first hoping she would follow up with a "here's the information I can give you for when you come in and finance with us next year" or "would you like to look at other options?" Or a an "I'm sorry! Would you like to see what you can afford with just your fiancés income for now?" But instead she just stared at us waiting for us to leave. I was in disbelief. Obviously since my fiancé and I are first time home buyers we don't know everything, but would love to learn but she was not willing to help or give us the time of day. I'm seriously in shock by the horrible service we got. It makes me not want to finance with BECU ever again. We will be going somewhere else for our home loan if that's the way they want to treat their customers. read more

As large as this financial institution is it's a shame they only have one staffed location in Everett, Washington. I was put in an unavoidable situation where I had to move from a credit union I had belonged since 1976. Because I was familiar with credit unions I interviewed BECU and made the decision to move my money. BIG MISTAKE! I have had nothing but trouble since I began using them. Here goes: 1) Without my permission they linked my account to my grandchildren's accounts which allowed my grandkids full access to all my financial accounts. What the heck? This required an on-site visit to figure out how this occurred, why I wasn't notified or why it wasn't explained when I opened the account, and to get it corrected! 2) Their staffed location is out of the way for me, but I was informed they had an ATM machine located in a grocery store where I could make deposits and withdrawals. Unfortunately, that site seems to attract unsavory people and it has a high crime rate which is scary for elderly women. Long story short I did have to use the machine so I entered the store and began my transaction, following the prompts. As I was entering each bill I saw the machine said it would take up to 30 bills at once. I put in about 5 bills together and, wait for it, the machine says: "we cannot process your transaction and we cannot return your money! Contact your financial institution"! WHAT? I frantically called the customer service department and it took the man about 30 minutes to figure out the process they would need to go through b/4 they knew what happened!!! Totally unacceptable!! I get in my car and drive all the way to the staffed location, where some disrespectful greeter informed me "what I HAD to do"! I may be elderly, but the only thing I "have" to do in life is pay my taxes and die!! Who teaches these Customer Service people how to treat customers? Customer Service rule number 1: never tell a customer they have to do anything! I did finally speak with a compassionate young lady who understood what happened and how to help, although I would have to wait until a tech serviced the machine to get my money! That brings me to today when I tried to reach that same young lady to see if she'd heard anything about the status but the woman in the call center would not put me in touch with her! I asked if she could put me in touch with a manager over the department that is responsible for the operation of the machines. She would not transfer the call, or provide me a contact. I kept trying to explain that someone who makes decisions to replace people with machines should be aware of the situation I experienced! NO, she would not provide that information! This may be a world of technology, so be it, but I'm pulling my money out and will find an institution who hires employees to work with customers and treat them with respect, realizing customers are the ones who pay their salaries! I realize Boeing is a HUGE company, obviously they don't need my business and could care less! read more

Friendly service and pretty convenient however I've been a customer for quite some time and have had several loans with never a late payment and they had a higher new car rate than a commercial for profit bank. I felt a little betrayed that I had to go outside my "not for profit" credit union to get a better rate. I called to ask about it and they were a bit rude and said to go to the other bank if I wanted the better rate. This is the biggest bank in creation. Good Lord. I needed to visit one of their only two "full service" branches, and I chose here. Tukwila is probably just as close mile for mile, but it seems farther via route options. It is kind of weird how they have "carnival rope" herding you into lines here and there, but I understand why after visiting today..they are B_U_S_Y here. I like that the ATMs were inside their own little vestibule/lobby, but with how busy this place is, they might do well tossing in a few drive through ATMs as well. I got here just before some sort of rush, only 4 people ahead of me. But, by the time I was being helped, the line had swelled to over 20 deep. The tellers were friendly, and things moved along quickly enough. Some folks were clearly in a grumbly mood, but the wait was not at all egregious in any way. There is a "financial center" and ATM location closer to my home, were I to bank here, I'd utilize their neighborhood centers, bank locations and these mini-branches much more than I would traversing up to Everett. read more

After banking for years with a national bank, BECU is a breathe of fresh air! Rather than paying a monthly fee for a checking account, they pay me a great interest rate to distribute my money promptly for me. Free checking, free on line bill pay, free ATMs and low cost loans. Today my wife and I visited to get pre- approved financing to buy a new vehicle. Sarah was great with explaining the loan process and BECU makes a pain like negotiating at a dealership go away almost entirely with pre-approval. Yes, you still have to deal with a salesman that must run every offer up the flag pole to his manager however, there is no finance person involved when you are buying, only the hassle of the haggle! Credit Unions are good to patronize and BECU is great at it! Every Washington state resident can join BECU at places all over Washington for only $5.00 in a share account. I am sold and It doesn't get any easier than that! read more

I might have only given this 4 stars when I lived nearby, but now that I've moved out of the country, I have found even more reasons to love BECU. I always appreciated the friendly tellers, free accounts, interests, etc, but now I realize how rare those things are in other places. Would you believe that some places will make you pay to see a teller in person? That free accounts are extremely rare? That not everyone will do money exchanges without exorbitant fees? I still use BECU for many things like Paypal or charges in the U.S. and they remain always helpful when I contact them. They're great at helping me locate sister-sites in other states for no-fee check cashing or withdrawals when I'm travelling. They are a great example of customer-based banking that I wish could influence the rest of the world! read more

I love them as much as it's possible to love a financial institution. Switched about 8 years ago when my big national chain branch screwed me over. They've been lovely ever since. VERY responsive and friendly over the phone. Real people who live in your neighborhood. Not for profit and being a credit union allow them to offer the best interest rates around, and crazy low loan rates. They've got more requirements to get a loan than some of the bigger banks, but considering the giant issues those guys ran into, seems BECU was pretty smart to be reasonably cautious in their loans. So so easy to be a member. Just $5 in your savings account, and truly free checking and savings. No more horrible fees. Plus, the credit unions in washington have joined together so we can use each other's ATMs with no fees, which makes it pretty darn convenient. And with lots of neighborhood branches for loan questions, that's great. If you need actual teller services, it is a bit of a commute, as this is only at limited locations, but between ATMs and neighborhood branches (plus free and easy online banking and bill pay) it's really not an issue. read more

Like BECU, have been a member for over 20 years. Note they are NOT a friend of the family or of their customers, they are a financial institution. For our loan the appraiser is from Kirkland and our home is in Everett. The appraiser thought he was on Silver Lake and had no clue to home values.in the Everett area. When applying it was no problem to all questions, after we paid, they started making excuses about how busy they are. To top it off: BECU policy does not allow a float-down in rates or re-negotiation of rates once the loan has been locked. In the future I would shop around more with other credit unions. You (buyer) will lose Appraisal fee standard $450 again non-refundable. I have been a BECU member for a few years and love it! I have tried quite a few other credit unions and banks in the past. BECU is by far the best place to bank. Lines can be long, but they move way faster than any other bank or credit union that I've used. They don't nickel and dime you to death with fees. They don't deduct your checks before crediting you with your deposits on the same day like Bank of America does. That last point deserves a little clarification. I have had Bank of America charge me an overdraft fee because I spent money on the same day that I made a deposit. I don't remember the amount, but it went something like this... I had let's say $500 in my "free checking" account. I made a $1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash not check. I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be overdrawn. Then later in the day I made a purchase of something like $800. To summarize... $500 + $1,000 = $1,500 Right? $1,500 - $800 = $700 I shouldn't be overdrawn. Not according to BofA. They calculated that day's transactions like this... $500 - $800 = -$300 + $1,000 = $700 - $25 overdraft fee = $675. Infuriating! Anyway back to BECU... They do things which give the benefit of the doubt to the customer. They really are customer friendly. read more

This is the best place and only place you should do your banking in the Pacific Northwest! I have never had one problem at all with any of their establishments. I was a member at another bank for years, but when they were sold to another company I too took my banking elsewhere. I just love their no hassle banking attitude. Even when the ATM tried to eat my money, by taking it and not giving me the correct amount in my account. I went inside told them and they gave me a credit right away to the account. There was no waiting like other banks. I urge everyone to leave their banks and come join this credit union, the difference is like night and day. read more

BECU is a great not for profit Credit Union. I like the services they provide and the fact that they have finally opened up their doors to non-Boeing Employee peeps, thats a good thing. Plenty of parking and a clean environment, that's a good thing. What I don't like about this branch is the long lines and the sheep-like atmosphere, as they herd you into a long line to process your deposits or withdrawals. I guess that's what ATM's are for but why in the world does this huge branch only have like 3 machines! And forget about trying to use the CoinStar machine to turn in your loose change, they are always maxed out or there is a line for 4-8 peeps in front of you, regardless of the time you go there! 5 stars for the services, but 3 stars for the facility. read more

Your home loan department is a joke. Plain and simple. We were pre-approved on my income alone for a decent mortgage in minutes, we then added my fiance and were approved for a loan again. The lady "in charge" of our mortgage took weeks getting back to us, pulled our individual credit scores MULTIPLE times....because she lost the paperwork. Then asked for our personal business account information multiple times.....we do all of our banking with BECU....that means business banking and all credit cards (minus one for a clothing store). We weren't hiding any money or any transactions from anyone. After almost three months; two extensions on our loan, both ourselves and our realtor being yelled at and lied to by our "BECU loan officer", having our loan officer replaced with no warning or explanation, our loan officer taking a vacation with no notice and no help while she was gone, having our credit pulled multiple times, being asked for the same documents multiple times, having our first perfectly acceptable appraisal rejected by BECU (for no viable or explainable reason) thus having the second appraisal come in $40,000 lower than the first appraisal (for no reason)....we finally dropped BECU and went thru a private mortgage broker. The private mortgage broker got us to closing in less than THREE WEEKS. No thanks to BECU, who cost us more than we can explain. The only reason we still bank with them is due to our business account. Which they also screwed up by adding my husband's business credit card to our personal account...when we asked BECU to fix it....the only way to do so would be to cancel the card and re-apply...they couldn't guarantee that doing so wouldn't ding our credit or confirm re-applying would guarantee us a business credit card with the same credit limit.....A+ BECU.....A+ P.S. The last day of our final loan extension we got a call from whoever was in charge of our loan, they asked us if we wanted to proceed...this was a week or two after no contact with BECU. We told them no, we found a mortgage broker who was following through on what they promised to get done. Then the lady at BECU hung up on us. A few months later my husband and I each got a letter from BECU stating our loan was denied because we didn't have enough earnest money or assets. We had multiple assets, a down payment and earnest money (great credit scores too). I kept the letter so I can frame it and put it out the wall of the house we own.....it's a running joke in the family. read more

Crappy loan service but good banking. I like the checking and savings aspect and have good customer service with that but not for loans. I'm trying to refinance my house and lower the loan with money that is in my becu account. My loan officer can't ever answer my phone and calls at odd times like 430 then 5 minutes later I call back and direct voicemail and then his phone always goes to voicemail and won't ever ring during the day Ideas for good relations since you can't figure it out: Contact me if there are deadlines Communicate clearly Answer a phone Dont take action without at least telling me Timely response to email Oh yes answer the phone After some time of him not responding my loan application apparently times out and my credit still dinged for the credit check. Called three times between the hours of 8 and 4 never an answer. Then a 3.5 minute voicemail explaining what they blah blah get to the point. I think it's time to remove all my previous home sales financials and go with a different institution they obviously only want my money to sit in an account and not on a loan where they would stand to make so much more. They have the slowest most out dated ATMs! You would think with the constant line out the door for people to use the ATMs they would do something about it! If you want to put something in the bank or take out some cash I would recommend you go somewhere else because this place is slower than a snail. read more

i switched to this back about three years ago because everyone said how great they are. They are great til you have issues. I got a credit card with them in November. Never could see my transactions and in January I weirdly could see one. It was a fraud charge. I called to report it and I found out I had hundreds of dollars in fraud charges. I told them I have never been able to see my transaction and they told me you need to sign up for e-statements. That would have been nice to know when I got my card back in November. I noticed new transactions went through after I they closed my account so they closed that new account but it turns out after taking to another person that they should never had closed my new account and they are hiring so many new people that training is not being done correctly. I was told that fraud claims take 10 days and they were rushing my new (second) card. I called today since I have not heard anything from them and I have not received my new card. it took them three days after taking to them about my second card to mail me my new card. I was also told that fraud charges take 15-25 days. so depending on how you talk to and what day it is you get different answers and they only person that is getting screwed is the customer which they dont care read more

Ridiculous!!!!!! In 2015, I opened a BECU checking account. My account had a 5000 line of credit attached to it. I used it for about 5 months and decided it was not convenient as I moved north. I canceled it taking out the last of my checking account but left a small savings account. Fast forward to 2018 - I am refinancing my house and what pops up on my credit lines, but BECU. Odd. Is it delinquent, NO! - they have been transferring on a regular basis from my line of credit. I am paying in perpetuity a 25.00 fee for not carrying a minimum balance at a time and now I owe $900.00. Nutshell - I am paying a neverending overdraft with a line of credit that has never had a payment made on it. You would think that would set off an alarm at BECU! You would think when there is zero activity but the transferring for overdrafts for well over 2 years that they would reach out to me, send an email or a letter. No, nothing. As they are paperless. I am sure it would have gone on until I ran out of the line of credit - $5,000.00. I acknowledge that I should of double checked that the account was properly canceled, but I know that my Key bank would NOT have let me go one month with a negative balance and years on a line of credit with no payment. At first we loved this credit union. Now they have tarnished my opinion of all banks. We would have done better keeping our money under our mattress so to speak. In the last 2 months my husband and both my daughter's accounts have been hacked by what has been obviously fraudulent transactions but they haven't been caught. Finally made the switch to BECU after 6 years at Key bank. My husband was thrilled since he had BECU when he was in highschool and absolutely loved it. We sat down to open accounts with Mellick at the Evergreen branch. Let me just compliment this fantastic employee for her personality and kindness. She was exceptionally easy to work with and explained each detail of our new accounts and credit to us. If I had any doubt about switching banks I sure did not after talking with Mellick. I really hope all BECU employees are as attentive and patient as she was with our many questions and concerns. My husband is now thinking about applying for a job at BECU because the people and atmosphere were incredible and what else can you really ask for? Over all it was a great experience! read more

We are looking into refinancing but after getting burned several years ago when BECU pulled the old bait and switch on us in another refinance we won't even consider using them for this loan. We ended up losing our application fee and going with another company. I thought a credit union would be more reputable than the typical self-serving corporate bank but not in this instance. If we had not been wet behind the ears at the time I would have demanded this fee back and threatened to close our accounts with them but you live and learn. I wish I could give zero stars. I opened an account online, and then tried to log in a couple days later and kept getting messages saying I had to call customer service. When I called, I was told I had to go into a branch in person to verify my identity and that there was some kind of fraud alert on my account. When I went into a branch, I was told my account had been closed the day after I'd opened it, which was certainly news to me. It took several hours for the man to call me back and tell me why. Apparently, numerous fraudulent accounts were being opened with MD after the person's name. While I don't recall choosing that, my name did indeed have MD after it. Human or computer error, I do not know. At any rate - Did they freeze my account? Nope. Call me? Nope. They just CLOSED IT. The money I had transferred to open the account spent a week in limbo before it reappeared in my original account (I'd done an electronic transfer.) To add insult to injury, my new debit card for an account that didn't exist showed up about a week later. I was invited to come in an reapply for a new account. Nope. I went over to Alaska Federal. Their branches are open nearly every day of the year and their customer service is 24/7/365. read more

You know its one thing to have a bad experience with an organization and have it made right. It is altogether different to have a bad experience made worse, on purpose. A few weeks back I left a poor review of BECU for a legitimate circumstance and was responded to by John from the Credit Union. He did indeed contact me straight away, within hours of the posting asking me for contact info so it could be discussed with a representative. So I provided the personal contact information to facilitate this. By the number of times that John has responded publically to poor performance posts, I figure it was standard practice that worked. Well unfortunately public lip-service for the sake of image was all his response was intended for. Took only a couple of hours to respond to the Negative post, yet days have gone by now into the weeks with absolutely no contact from anyone beyond Johns original request for contact data. The financing Has since fallen apart and all parties abandoned trying to salvage it. Perhaps John, actually following through with the commitments that you make would help. read more

So our family had the unfortunate happen. We had to declare a chapter 13 bankruptcy. There were two credit accounts that we included as well as a motorcycle loan. Fast forward three years later we paid the motorcycle off in full at the branch teller window. Even though the loan was paid in full, the teller and her manager stated we would not be getting the title to the motorcycle because "BECU had taken a loss on another account". Now outside the fact the teller and her manager had a vindictive tone, what they told us was highly illegal. We had to get our bankruptcy attorney involved in order to get the title released. They get a lot of praise, and if you are in good financial times they may be a great bank, but if you hit hard financial times, they can be outright distrusting and inappropriate (as I will explain in their Tukwila branch review). In the chapter 13, we paid our bills back over the course of 5 years. Our family had unexpected expenses in 2007 and 2008, but before that, we were members of BECU since 2002 and had a very good credit history. It's amazing how dirty this credit union made us feel throughout the whole process. After being late on my auto payment 31 days. BECU decided to put it in repo. 2am on a Weds. There is a huge guy in my backyard. I go out to confront him and I was really nice. Just tripping that there is this guy in my backyard though. He asks me where the car is. I told him it's at the dealership being repaired. He says I'm lying and starts shouting. I try to calm him down. He starts pushing me and saying that he will take my whole family out if I don't show him the car. Take my family out? Like kill them? He then punches me on the left side of my head and walks off. I have it all recorded and am thinking of my next step. If BECU is going to send thugs to intimidate customers. Well, you achieved your goal. Scaring my children, wife and neighbors is all part of your master plan. Thanks. read more

I have had multiple auto loans through becu, a painless wonderful process. However if you are looking for a home loan I would recommend looking somewhere else, anywhere else. When speaking with our loan processor we told her that we needed to secure financing within 2 weeks of going under contract on a new build. She assured us this wouldn't be a problem. Today is Tuesday of week 3. She is no longer answering our calls. We are now looking at losing our earnest money and can no longer proceed with the building process. My husband and I were in the market for our first home and decided to try BECU out for a loan. I have had my auto loan through here, a very painless process, absolutely no problems. We went in to talk to someone about getting pre approved and were pointed to the online website. I would have liked to deal with a human, but hey, now I can apply for a loan in my pajamas! Filled all the forms out, sent in all our requested information... and waited.... and waited. After a week went by, we called and got a hold of a loan officer. They automatically pre approved us for a loan. With our preapproval letter in hand, we went house hunting! We quickly found that we would need about $20,000 more to get a house that suited our needs, so back to the loan officer. She re- did our application, we upped our down payment, sent in all the paperwork, got new pre approval letter for $20,000 more. Awesome! Last week, we found our house and put down an offer that got approved. Totally excited, we get a call today that our loan officer just realized I had been at my job for only 3 months (changed career paths recently, solid work history before that) and turns out, we do not qualify for the loan. She told my husband that we didn't get the paperwork turned in to her in a timely manner. Uh, before we could even talk to her to start with the home buying process we had to fill out a form with all of our work history and submit it to her... AND we had called and talked to her about how the loan would need to be based mostly on my husband's income AND we sent her any information she needed within 36 hours of her contacting us. I know people make mistakes, hey we are only human, but to turn around and blame someone else is unprofessional. The only upside to this situation is the real estate agent they appointed us is amazing and also able to work with us to find another lender. BECU has only been dealing with FHA loans for a year, and they are working with shareholder money. I highly suggest going some place else, already I have found a bunch of fixed rates that are lower elsewhere. read more

UPDATE: Since I owe the money on a Home Equity Loan, I can't completely sever all my ties with BECU until that's paid back. So, I did exactly what I was told to do by the BECU rep I last spoke with and wrote out a check to BECU to pay on my home equity loan, fought the traffic to get to a local branch in order to pay and guess what? No one could help me there. When I asked for an extension with which to call someone at BECU because I was tired of having my life sucked away by waiting for someone from BECU to actually answer the phone, I was told rudely to dial 0 because that always worked for them!!! As if I hadn't been doing that? So, I gave in. I called BECU outside of the local branch and was put on hold, drove 15 minutes back to work, arrived at work, parked and I was still on hold. I waited another 5 minutes and some woman comes on who can't help me but she will get a "specialist" who can take a payment from my debit card from another bank and who will charge me $9.99 for taking my money. I had to pay BECU $9.99 to take my money!!! What's wrong with this picture? Oh, and this guy who says he wants to contact me from BECU to "make it all better" -- more stuff and nonsense from BECU. Just a move to "look nice." I mean, what's he going to do? Give me back the time I've lost or possibly pay me for my time? Hardly. This place is an absolute mess. If you have any sense, stay away especially from the Home Equity Loan department. Is it possible to give a minus star? read more

I moved part of my accounts from BECU, left part of them there in hopes things would improve. If anything, customer service continues to decline even further. Its apparent to this customer that "customer service" is not a focus for BECU. read more
